Loved the stay with our family! Little disappointed with cleanliness. Found bed sheets with dog hair on them. Toilets also had hair on them. We washed our sheets before sleeping on them. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Easy access to PF and Gburg.

Hi Curtis, thank you so much for staying with us and for the honest feedback — we're so glad your family enjoyed the cabin and its easy access to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! We're truly sorry the cleanliness wasn't up to our usual standard during your visit. Our regular cleaning team had a family emergency and was away for a couple of weeks, and the substitute cleaner didn't meet the standard we hold ourselves to. That's on us, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Our regular team is back now, and we've also added a final walkthrough inspection before every check-in to make sure this doesn't happen again. We take cleanliness seriously and want every guest to feel completely at home from the moment they walk in. Thank you again for your patience and for the kind words about the kitchen and location — we'd love the chance to host you again and show you the cabin at its best!

Beautiful cabin with room for our 13 family members. Comfortable beds. Only suggestion is to ask cleaning crew to pay more attention to cleaning the floors. Did not appear soiled but our socks or bare feet got dirty from walking on floors. Overall everything else was nice.

We booked this cabin for a family getaway. It was spacious and just as it appeared in the listing. The location was perfect being not too far off the parkway. We all enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The host was very responsive and answered all questions quickly.

Great cabin and hosts

We booked direct and everything was perfect! We were in communication with our hosts the entire time and felt very taken care of. Cabin was beautiful and perfect location. Our kids wanted to stay and enjoy the cabin more than going out. One of our best family vacations spending time together and unplugging from the craziness. They did not want to leave and we are already looking at booking again with a bigger group. Would 100% recommend!

Wonderful for a large group

We had a wonderful stay as part of a family reunion. The cabin is large and very comfortable for a large group. Beautiful scenery. Fun for kids with games and a pool. Adults enjoyed the hot tub. Great location to get into town easily or over to Dollywood. Communication with the property managers was excellent.

Had a wonderful family vacation.

Just finished a week with 9 family members from 6yrs old to 68yrs old. This cabin had plenty of room for everyone and lots of fun things to enjoy. The pool was nice to cool down at the end of the day and the game room was enjoyed by all. The decks were peaceful to sit out and enjoy nature. We were very happy with this cabin.

This cabin was perfect for our family

We found this cabin based on number of bedrooms and location and were sold on the 'no scary roads' as cold temps were still possible the week that we were there. The basics were perfect - the cabin was clean, well stocked, and had comfortable beds. The kids loved the pool, game room, and theater. The coffee bar and hot tub was the favorite of the adults. It was easy to get to the park from there and we were able to get to Texas Roadhouse without going on the parkway on a night when traffic was insane. Everyone is talking about when we will be able to go back.

Work Getaway

I chose this cabin for our work getaway. The cabin was beautiful and clean. Everything we could have needed or wanted with plenty of room. The pool was pretty cold. The air was not working properly and we all were pretty miserable. The owner did stay in communication with me trying to help fix it but we had a pretty sweaty night which makes for some grumpy folks.

Kelsey, thank you for your feedback. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Since you reported the AC issue late at night, we couldn't get the technician right away. The HVAC tech came the very next day moornninng and took care of the issue. Regarding the pool temp, as we communicated it is heated between 82- 84deg. Reviewing the pool temp history, the pool temp was mainttained at 84deg during your entire stay. Once again, appreciate your feedback

Big Beautiful Cabin

My extended family and I a group of 13 ranging in ages from 6 to 76 had a fantastic week in this beautiful cabin. There wasn’t a bad room there, every room felt like the master suite with large beds and private bathrooms. More than enough space that we never felt crowded or on top of one another. With an ample size kitchen, two refrigerators that allowed more than enough room for all the groceries and beverages for a large group. The location was very convenient only a short drive and you were on the main strip in pigeon Forge, but far enough off the main strip that you had some quiet and privacy. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and adults alike. It had a pretty scenic view of the woods from the decks, I will say it isn’t the best view of the mountains that I’ve had in my many different stays in the Smokey’s, but for all the other benefits this Cabin has to offer it made up for that in other ways. Communication with the host at several different times throughout the week was responded to quickly and any questions were answered or addressed immediately, It was always easy and pleasant dealing with him. This Cabin was a large and accommodating place for a group or big family with plenty of room to play and fun things to do between the Pool, Hot tub, theater room and billiards table. We would definitely stay again.

Vacation time

Great place to stay for 5 families

Had a great time in this cabin during 4th of july weekend. This cabin is close to all the activities in pigeon forge. Best part about the cabin is that the kitchen is fully stocked.

Family Getaway

Beautiful spacious cabin for our family of ten. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed for the meals we prepared. Hot tub, pool, and pool table were a hit for the grandchildren. Enjoyed the three decks and coffee bar. Overall, a great stay!

We stayed on May 30. 2024 @ The Grizzly Resort for a A family vacation.

Our stay @ The Grizzly Resort was amazing. The house was just like the picture, very beautiful and spacious. My adult daughters and all my grandkid's love all the amenities the resort offer. The owners were very pleasant and always responded back via text as soon as you hit send. I would recommend The Grizzly Resort to family and friends for future vacations. Excellent (10) Bonnie

The Best

We booked this house in a pinch and I’m soo soo happy we did! This place is absolutely beautiful! It was clean and there’s so much to do right at the house which kept everyone busy and happy when we didn’t have things planned. The owners really have thought of everything! If you’re considering booking this place, DO IT! You will not regret it! We will definitely be back!

Awesome stay at Grizzly Bears Resort

We loved the location of this property! Just a short 5 minute drive to the strip in the Pigeon Forge. We were on the East end of the strip which was nice because it was a short distance from Gatlinburg. The cabin was amazing. We loved that all of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. We would have liked a half bath on the main level, but we managed just fine. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Our girls lived in the pool! The media room got used quite a bit, as well. Overall, we had an awesome stay! Everything we needed was at the house. Cabin was clean and tidy. We loved the patios and the privacy on the back of the cabin. Would definitely recommend this cabin!
