This luxury, family-friendly home comfortably sleeps 17 in beds (plus additional inflatable mattresses) and features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, game room, new 7-person hot tub, fire pit, fenced yard, 3 decks, 5 smart TVs, Bluetooth sound systems, plus a bonus loft (ladder-access only) with 4 twin beds kids will love.

Enjoy being on the mountain, but at the lowest elevation close to the ski runs / bike trails so you can avoid the long drives on the mountain roads. Explore the two-acre property full of majestic ponderosa pines and connect to the hiking /snowshoeing trail at the edge of the property.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Easy access up the road to the ski/bike trail. We had wildlife views of deer cub, and mama bear. We kept to the house when we saw the . We would stay there again. Note- the master bed could use a mattress upgrade.

There was lots of room for our family vacation! We loved being in the forest and seeing all the wildlife! We spent lots of time in the hot tub and drinking coffee on the porches! The home is very comfortable and well stocked. We would love to rent this property again in the future!!!

2nd time to stay here, this is a great house for so many reasons, location, amenities, the host and how comfortable the beds are! Anything you need is in the kitchen! Wanna make pancakes there is a griddle, wanna throw something in the crock pot, you got it, a pot of coffee sure or just a one cup pod of coffee, have that too! I cannot say enough good things about this house. Oh yeah, you want the deer to eat out of your hand? You can do that too!

The best family vacation I’ve had in years. We celebrated our twin daughter‘s 18th birthday with some family, friends and skiing. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with a nice welcome basket featuring local chips and salsa. Always available if I have questions. The house was not only clean but warm and would definitely rent this place again in the future.

The home is very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the kitchen, the hot tub, the fire pit, used the grill and hung out on the decks. Our dog enjoyed being able to run free within the fenced area.We enjoyed deer chewing grass while we relaxed in the hot tub.

Wonderful cabin

This cabin was a cozy get away for my family. My kids had an abundance of fun running around and thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The owner was accommodating and checked in on us via messenger during our stay to make sure we were figuring things out okay. Would definitely book again!

Great Location, truly a gem!

Let me start by saying we had such a good time during the time we got to spend at the home during our quick trip. We have even discussed coming back already. We were a group of 16 and all fit fairly comfortably. Pros: Huge living & kitchen area to hang out and enjoy. The mud room right inside the garage area was clutch to keep the home clean and organized (it truly was soooo appreciated). The location is great, we drove down and dropped our group off at the run nearby and a few came off the ski run and walked home at the end of the day too. We saw lots of turkeys and deers, a few ate out of our hands! The home comes with EVERYTHING you need from extra blankets, towels, and even shovels and deer corn, etc. CONS: Let me say this before I list, there was nothing that was so bad that would be an absolute deal breaker. Bedroom situation is weird, It can fit comfortably 8 adults, more than that you will have adults uncomfortable in some form or another. The remaining 9 bed spots are good for teens and younger only, the loft with 4 beds is straight ladder up and hard for anyone older to get up and down, & the two queen pull out beds (the couches) are very uncomfortable and noisy. I personally gave up my bed to my kid and slept on one and didn’t sleep well. We also had issues with water pressure but just took fast showers. Probably accurate for most homes nearby but the driveway is steep so be prepared to shovel, or have 4WD to get out if you get fresh snow like we did while there.

Thanks for calling out the location and the many features of the lodge, and I agree that the frequent visits by deer really add to the stay. Also, we appreciate your comments on the areas of improvement as we rely on feedback to continually improve the guest experience. Although it is not been mentioned before, we have ordered two pillow top mattress pads for the sofa sleepers as we want everyone comfortable. Even though the driveway is less sloped than most on the mountain, we do recommend a 4WD in the winter season. We have a snow removal service on call to plow after every 4 inches of snowfall but all Angel Fire roads can be slippery even after plowing. Thank you again and come back soon!

Extremely Well Stocked Lodge

The lodge was extremely well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. There were plenty of beds, bedding, and linens. The kids enjoyed the lofts and large backyard to play in. The adults enjoyed the spacious lodge, balconies, and the hot tub. The sunset view was gorgeous off the living room balcony. The temps were in the single digits for a good portion of our stay and we were warm and toasty inside. The owner was communicative with the questions we had and informed us of deliveries that would be arriving so we didn't have any surprises.

Family Reunion

Wonderful. The property is just how it is listed. The master bedroom was such a delight to stay in! Was able to leave the French doors open to get the Mountian air. The hot tub was clean and lovely to gaze at the stars. You can have coffee in one of three decks. We saw a lot of wildlife. Turkeys, elk and deer! There are accommodations for infants and dogs! Thank you for sharing this house!

Angelfire Dads MTB Trip

We had a great time at this location, it was super close to the trail system and the central part of town. The house was spacious and fit our party of 8 perfectly. We enjoyed the patio firepit, the hottub and the beautiful sunset views!

Outstanding property, amazing views, perfect for families and fur babies!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this place! The views were gorgeous and the place was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Our family had plenty to do in nearby Angel Fire. If you are interested planning a vacation with your pets, this is the place to be. The property had a fenced yard which was perfect and so many walking trails that allow pups. The communication with our host was top notch. He gave very clear directions for check in and check out and promptly responded to any other questions I had. Thanks so much for the wonderful and relaxing stay. We hope to be back someday.

Family reunion

We had a lovely family reunion with a group of 12 ranging from 4 months to 74. The house met all our expectations and our needs.

Another great trip to Angel Fire!

It was great to stay together as a family in one house. The views are amazing. Deer walk all around the property in the mornings and evenings. Sometimes over 20 deer are out back. It is a little but of a walk up the hill but then we can strap in and get first tracks down to the chair lift before it opens. The kitchen area is a great place to gather with a big table and plenty of windows.

Has it all

House really is close enough even skiers in ski boots can walk to the slopes. Fire pit area, 4 balcony areas and a nice very hot hot tub all really put this house over the top. Good space for the 9 of us. Could have for more. But will stay here again if we can

Great stay

The property was very clean and nice, it’s a short walk to the ski slopes. Parking can be tricky with multiple vehicles, but made over 5 vehicles fit in the driveway. One of the rooms is a loft with a steep ladder you must climb to access the room, but it was fine for young people to access.

Thanks for mentioning the large parking area as that, in combination with a usable 2-car heated garage and a gently sloped driveway is rare on the mountain. Also good call out on the bunk room because even though the four twin beds have new mattresses suitable for adults, the room is best for the younger guests who enjoy climbing the ladder.
