The property manager was very helpful throughout our stay, and the location of this condo is excellent—close to everything and very convenient. Amazing view of the water. The unit was also generally clean upon arrival. However, the condition of the condo itself was very disappointing. The furniture is outdated and worn. The beds were uncomfortable with noticeable humps, clearly in need of replacement. The bedding was also an issue, with white comforters that had visible black stains. There were several maintenance and safety concerns as well. The master bath had painter’s tape around the light fixture, and the return air vent was badly bent—posing a potential hazard if someone brushed against it. TP holder broken. The kitchen was poorly stocked, lacking basic items like bowls, silverware, kitchen towels, and oven mitts. We were also not provided with enough bath towels for everyone in our group to have even one each. The dining room chairs were very wobbly, so we avoided using them, and the coffee table was unstable. The patio furniture was in rough shape as well—old, dirty, with broken or missing straps—making it unusable. Thankfully, we spent most of our time outside enjoying the area, but it would have made a big difference to have a comfortable and properly maintained space to return to. With some much-needed updates, repairs, and better stocking of essentials, this unit could be a great place to stay. Unfortunately, in its current condition, I would not recommend this
