We booked this property for the location coming from Dallas to Destin. The host was communicative and replied quickly.The stay itself did not match the price. The place was not very clean, and we saw cockroaches. In one room the light switch didn’t work, so there was no light, and a lamp was also broken.What I disliked most: at almost 400 a night, guests are expected to wash towels, mops, and dishes. I’ve never seen that at this rate.I would not stay here again. The location is convenient, but the cleanliness, maintenance, and house rules don’t justify the cost

We were in Destin for a beach wedding, so only there for a short period of time. The condo met our basic needs and access to the pool and beach worked out great. This is an old property so is a bit dated.

This was my first time booking with Vrbo and with the host, and it was so smooth and every step was easy! The host promptly replied to my questions along the way and made sure I had all info I needed!! The property was what we needed and more! Host was readily accessible with any questions we had. The condo was spacious for our family and loved the privacy we had. We also loved having the private beach for our teenagers. We had a great stay here!

Clean unit and owner was very responsive for check in and check out. Only concern was the listing said twin sleeper couches which turned out to be patio furniture not a sleeper couches which required us to purchase an air mattress. Over all I would recommend for no more than 6.

Great place to stay! Right in the heart of Destin, but nestled back in a cove that feels less busy, safe, and right on the beach, but still has the convenience of being in the middle of everything. Everything was perfect and pictured/described as advertised. We will book again! Thank you for a great week!

Easy walk to the beach and the pool. The condo is in need of an update. The photos are more forgiving than in person. Kitchen is very small. No pantry or empty cabinet to put food that doesn’t need refrigeration. The shower had hair all over it when we got there so we had to clean it. One of the tubs is missing the stopper so if you have multiple small children needing to have a bath at once, that can’t happen. It rained one night we were there and the next morning there was water that had leaked onto the floor through the glass door (even though it was closed and locked). Overall, condo could be a nice space but needs an upgrade and a deep clean, a lot of dirt/dust around the vents, baseboards, walls, dirty spots in the paint, cracked bathroom tiles etc.

This was a great place with a short walk to beautiful beach with umbrella and two chairs included. Three adults were very comfortable with the space. It was very clean with well stocked kitchen and enough consumables for the week. The host, Patrick, kindly accommodated our one special request.
