Enjoyed our stay. Being within a 2 min walk to the beach meant I could go down and set up and the kids and my husband could meet me in no time. The rooms and bathrooms were clean upon arrival and the host was very friendly. Any questions I had they were super responsive. I love that! This is no hate to the host but remember this is a sand town so prepare for some sandy floors after a day on the beach. But nothing a towel/mat and a broom(that is on site) couldnt help with

It was the bare minimum of eveetthing. One towel and 1 wash cloth for each guest. Bare minimum kitchen cooking pots. No mop just a broom. It was clean but bare

For future guests, I would like to clarify that the property provides an initial set of towels and washcloths for each registered guest, as well as basic kitchen cookware and utensils, as outlined in the listing. Regarding the mop, I was not aware that one was missing from the property. Had this been brought to my attention during your stay, I would have gladly arranged to provide one. I’m glad to hear you found the property clean, and I appreciate your feedback as I continue looking for ways to improve the guest experience.

Host was very communicative with clear instructions, policies, etc. Property was as advertised, well kept, clean, and modern. Watch your head on the steps if you are above average height!

Beach Nest #4 Stay

The place is in a great location - minutes to walk to the beach and close to restaurants, entertainment, grocery store, shops. Emily is a great host and responded to every issue we brought to her attention. She was very pleasant to deal with. That being said, we were disappointed when we arrived. The photos give the impression of a modern place, but the place is somewhat outdated and in need of some upgrades. (loose cabinet doors, loose door handles, very loud exhaust fans in the bathrooms) To be fair, we didn't bring these other issues to Emily's attention. We had booked for 4 months, so we made the best of it. Again, Emily is delightful, but we were expecting something more modern.

Perfect Accommodation in a Perfect Location

Well furnished pet friendly place in a great location, directly across the street from oceanfront. Close to restaurants and shopping areas. A great bargain. Would definitely stay again!

Nice getaway

The place was clean and had everything I needed. It was a quick walk to the beach and the access was right there. The suggestion for crazy masons is a must do, it may have added 3 lbs but worth every bite.

Beach get away

The property was very nice. It was clean and just as pictured. It was nice that you are allowed to bring a small/medium sized dog with you. Location is just across the street from the beach. This property is actually in the back. There are four condos, two on the front side and two on the back side. Everything was just as mentioned in the description. It was very comfortable.

Great stay close to the beach

This was a spectacular location within steps to the beach which made it easy to visit anytime. We did have to drive if we wanted to go to places like barefoot landing or market commons, but proximity to the beach was most important to us and this delivered! The property was clean and overall a very pleasant stay.
