This place is amazing and we will definitely book it again! Our host was very responsive to any questions we had, but we didn’t have many because she provided all the details we could have needed prior to our arrival. Checking in was a breeze and everything went smoothly getting into the home.The home was super clean and packed full of fun things to do! The big screen Golden Tee was a hit for everyone, as was the mini-arcade, which had tons of cool old-school games. The biggest attraction inside the home for our family was the pool table, and it saw a lot of use with a family pool tournament.The kitchen, bedroom, and baths were all great as well. We did a mix of pickup from local food spots and cooking. When we cooked, we had everything we needed. The huge gas grill outside was great for making hot dogs, hamburgers, and brats on multiple occasions. The outside dining area and deck were also amazing. The dining area had plenty of seating, and the swamp cooler came in very handy in July. Even being July in Texas, we ate outside most nights.The pool was the big hit outside. It was clean and offers a great view of the sunset (not over the lake, but still beautiful from the pool). We also used the hot tub, and it was surprisingly nice even in the warm weather.We had a boat and were able to dock it right at the house for our whole trip. This made it easy to take a quick run out on the lake any time. All of the kayaks and floaties provided also got a lot of use!

An amazing home to gather the extended family!

We loved this property. The home is beautiful, the amenities exceptional, and the host is fantastic. We stayed over Thanksgiving week. Some of the time, we were a small group, and some of the time, we were joined by extended family. The home was perfect regardless of how many. We enjoyed the heated pool, the hot tub, the pool table, the arcade table, and the golden tee. The view was beautiful if you just wanted to sit outside to enjoy nature. We also walked to the playground to let the kids run around. No one was ever bored because there was always something to do.

Great Escape

Our family had a great experience! The amenities were exactly as advertised and the guide book was helpful. We really enjoyed the board games, video games, and card games. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. There's plenty of room inside and the rear deck runs the entire length of the house! The customer support was excellent - our questions were answered promptly. We will definitely be back.

Great house for a large family!

We stayed here for several nights for my father’s 70th birthday and we all had a great time! Would highly recommend this for any large groups looking for a good getaway spot.

Great House -location not so much

I have rented many VRBO properties around Texas. We rented this house for four days and I will give you my honest opinion. I will start with the good. The host Charmain was very nice, accessible & attentive from time of booking, the amenities were great everything you would need. The pool was really clean and the house was very nice. The pool table and games had my husband and kids occupied. Overall I give the house a 10/10! Now the bad. We experienced a very entitled neighborhood. We actually encounter our first Karen ever. This Karen who lives next door to the left of the property barged in the backyard yard, while we were swimming & she didn’t even say who she was and went straight for my son. She was having issues with my son’s casting of his fishing pole. She was very rude. Then the other neighbors on the right side of the house were out screaming and getting very intoxicated. They kept giving us very bad looks and mumbling stuff. Those same neighbors were screaming across the lake very racist remarks to a Hispanic family. Then a boat came and parked right in front of the house by pool stayed fishing and kept watching us swim. Luckily my husband was in the house while this happened or it would have been a bad situation. In closing I don’t think I’ll ever rent this house again for these reasons.

This was our second time staying here. There were 9 adults and 6 kids. And as always it was great. The new pool and spa was amazing. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the lake and the pool. We even caught some fish while we were there. The games inside kept everyone entertained if we weren’t outside. We definitely will be going back next year.

Oasis on the cove

Charmain made everything simple and a breeze. The home has everything you need. The house is centered and has all the amenities you need. We came with a big group everyone had their own room and a tv in every room. There’s a pool table, a poker table and golden t! As well as the arcade that kept not only the kids but the adults put some high scores on it too! It was clean and had everything we needed, coffee maker, blender and the new pool is absolutely perfect. A huge deck to sun bathe and an excellent pool to cool off in. It was a perfect family vacation home and Charmain made it even better!

Outstanding home on the lake

Our large family had the best time during our stay at this property. It was exactly as advertised with many extra perks. The pool/spa is beautiful and relaxing. The indoor games, kayaks, and outdoor games offer so much entertainment. It’s a wonderful place for family gatherings, with plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable! We absolutely loved this little piece of tranquility at the lake!

Great House for a Family Thanksgiving Gathering

My brothers and sister and I along with our extended families were looking for a house that could accommodate us over Thanksgiving week and boy did we hit the jackpot. What a terrific home…huge family area with lots of activities (video games, pool, golf simulator, poker table). Plenty of sleeping space. Host was fantastic…great communicator. In short we just could not be happier with our time there.

We will definitely book again!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property on Lake Conroe. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The best part was the private boat dock, where we could park our boat and enjoy the lake anytime we wanted. We had so much fun fishing, swimming, and cruising around the lake. The host was very friendly and helpful and gave us some great tips on where to go and what to do in the area. We would definitely book this property again for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation on Lake Conroe.

Great place

We had a great time at this awesome house. Plenty of room for my family of 16 with so much to do. Everyone loved swimming in the lake, fishing, and feeding the ducks. The games inside the house definitely entertained everyone when we weren’t in the lake. The host was extremely helpful and always handy to answer our questions. We are already planning on returning next year.

Fun 4th of July with the whole family

Charmaine’s house is spectacular! It is very clean and well appointed. When we weren’t all outside on the back porch or on the water, we were inside playing pool and golden tee. All 12 of us enjoyed our stay and we all had a bed. The house has been beautifully updated. The port a cool on the back porch allowed us all to enjoy being outside even in the Texas heat. Charmaine was easy to get in touch with and a perfect host. You won’t regret your stay here!

Very nice amenities

We had 9 adults, 1 teenager and 6 and 8 year olds and an 18 month old. The primary bedroom is very spacious. The other 5 bedrooms are small. If you have little kids who want to sleep in the room with parents it will be very tight, but possible. The "pack and play" was too small to use for the 18 month old, so he had a pallet on the floor. The living area is great for a big group and the Pacman, poker table and Golden T were enjoyed by many. The kayaks, lily pad and water toys were great.

Wedding and family vacation

Great stay and would highly recommend.

Beautiful house on the water with a ton of activities for entertainment. Charmain was an excellent host who didn’t skip on any details to please her guests. She was always available to answer any questions and responded immediately. Only regret is we didn’t get to stay longer.

Best House Thus Far

Every year we have an annual trip with extended family and so far...this is the nicest house we've stayed in. Perfect open layout that connects the family room, kitchen and the game room. Which also opened up to the patio l but even with good weather we couldn't leave the door open cause of bugs....but that was the only unfortunate part. Otherwise this place was great. Super clean, open, nice bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of games, plenty of parking, right off the water and the list goes on! Communication with the owners was easy and hassle free. Overall great stay.
