New pool spa cool deck surrounded by expansive lush and partly shaded grounds for enjoying outdoor games including cornhole, jumbo connect 4, and more. 1200 square foot upper outside deck with ample seating for relaxing or tanning. This is the absolute perfect house for a getaway with family and friends! The house is very clean, spacious and has everything you need! All six rooms are fully functional and nicely decorated. There were plenty of towels for bathing and swimming and the restrooms and kitchen were stocked with everything we needed. The pool table was fun for everyone and the multiple video gaming systems and board games were such a bonus!! The pool and decks are huge and very well maintained. And finally we truly enjoyed the easy access to the lake and all of the fun lake toys, including the kayaks, paddle boards, lily pad floating water mat, and the many different floats. The owner was completely accessible and very easy to work with. We will definitely be repeat customers!!

This property was great for our extended family gathering. The floor plan was perfect for us with 12 adults, and it was wheelchair accessible which worked well for family members with mobility issues. The house, pool and hot tub were lovely and very clean, and Charmaine was friendly and quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The most perfect lake house on Lake Conroe. Every bedroom in the house has amazingly comfortable beds! The chef's kitchen has every item you need to cook just about anything you can think of. The pool table, digital golf and 80's arcade console made it easy and fun to entertain both young and old. The covered outdoor eatting area with professional grill and TV made barbecue grilling easy and very enjoyable! The pool and spa are a lot bigger in person than the pictures showed. And the cherry ontop was the boat dock. We were able to bring our ski boat and the private boat ramp and trailer parking made everything so easy. Charmain has thought of everything! She was always available to help us and made sure we had everything we needed to make our 4th of July family reunion special and memorable! Thank you Charmain! Your attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We hope to stay here again next time the family gets together.

We did our family vacation here. We has 14 people from 65 years old to 2. We had a great time. There was plenty to do and the place was beautiful. All 14 people slept comfortably. The property description was accurate. We will be back! I highly recommend this place. The only drawback was that the lake was very, very choppy. That is no reflection on the owner.

This house has it ALL!! We were all so impressed with the amenities. The house is located at the perfect spot in the canal for fishing, swimming and even to get our wakeboard boat docked without any trouble. The pool and hot tub are so clean and relaxing. The bedrooms are on the small side, but nobody in our group spent any time in their bedroom (except to sleep). The owners have put so much attention and pride into the remodel of this home. There was something for everyone to appreciate and enjoy. Thank you so much for accommodating our group this weekend. The owner is very responsive and made adjustments just for our group without hesitation. I'd book here over and over again. Don't miss out on this great property!!!!

This place is amazing and we will definitely book it again! Our host was very responsive to any questions we had, but we didn’t have many because she provided all the details we could have needed prior to our arrival. Checking in was a breeze and everything went smoothly getting into the home.The home was super clean and packed full of fun things to do! The big screen Golden Tee was a hit for everyone, as was the mini-arcade, which had tons of cool old-school games. The biggest attraction inside the home for our family was the pool table, and it saw a lot of use with a family pool tournament.The kitchen, bedroom, and baths were all great as well. We did a mix of pickup from local food spots and cooking. When we cooked, we had everything we needed. The huge gas grill outside was great for making hot dogs, hamburgers, and brats on multiple occasions. The outside dining area and deck were also amazing. The dining area had plenty of seating, and the swamp cooler came in very handy in July. Even being July in Texas, we ate outside most nights.The pool was the big hit outside. It was clean and offers a great view of the sunset (not over the lake, but still beautiful from the pool). We also used the hot tub, and it was surprisingly nice even in the warm weather.We had a boat and were able to dock it right at the house for our whole trip. This made it easy to take a quick run out on the lake any time. All of the kayaks and floaties provided also got a lot of use!

An amazing home to gather the extended family!

We loved this property. The home is beautiful, the amenities exceptional, and the host is fantastic. We stayed over Thanksgiving week. Some of the time, we were a small group, and some of the time, we were joined by extended family. The home was perfect regardless of how many. We enjoyed the heated pool, the hot tub, the pool table, the arcade table, and the golden tee. The view was beautiful if you just wanted to sit outside to enjoy nature. We also walked to the playground to let the kids run around. No one was ever bored because there was always something to do.

Great Escape

Our family had a great experience! The amenities were exactly as advertised and the guide book was helpful. We really enjoyed the board games, video games, and card games. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. There's plenty of room inside and the rear deck runs the entire length of the house! The customer support was excellent - our questions were answered promptly. We will definitely be back.

Great house for a large family!

Great House -location not so much

I have rented many VRBO properties around Texas. We rented this house for four days and I will give you my honest opinion. I will start with the good. The host Charmain was very nice, accessible & attentive from time of booking, the amenities were great everything you would need. The pool was really clean and the house was very nice. The pool table and games had my husband and kids occupied. Overall I give the house a 10/10! Now the bad. We experienced a very entitled neighborhood. We actually encounter our first Karen ever. This Karen who lives next door to the left of the property barged in the backyard yard, while we were swimming & she didn’t even say who she was and went straight for my son. She was having issues with my son’s casting of his fishing pole. She was very rude. Then the other neighbors on the right side of the house were out screaming and getting very intoxicated. They kept giving us very bad looks and mumbling stuff. Those same neighbors were screaming across the lake very racist remarks to a Hispanic family. Then a boat came and parked right in front of the house by pool stayed fishing and kept watching us swim. Luckily my husband was in the house while this happened or it would have been a bad situation. In closing I don’t think I’ll ever rent this house again for these reasons.

This was our second time staying here. There were 9 adults and 6 kids. And as always it was great. The new pool and spa was amazing. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the lake and the pool. We even caught some fish while we were there. The games inside kept everyone entertained if we weren’t outside. We definitely will be going back next year.

Oasis on the cove

Charmain made everything simple and a breeze. The home has everything you need. The house is centered and has all the amenities you need. We came with a big group everyone had their own room and a tv in every room. There’s a pool table, a poker table and golden t! As well as the arcade that kept not only the kids but the adults put some high scores on it too! It was clean and had everything we needed, coffee maker, blender and the new pool is absolutely perfect. A huge deck to sun bathe and an excellent pool to cool off in. It was a perfect family vacation home and Charmain made it even better!

Outstanding home on the lake

Our large family had the best time during our stay at this property. It was exactly as advertised with many extra perks. The pool/spa is beautiful and relaxing. The indoor games, kayaks, and outdoor games offer so much entertainment. It’s a wonderful place for family gatherings, with plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable! We absolutely loved this little piece of tranquility at the lake!

Great House for a Family Thanksgiving Gathering

My brothers and sister and I along with our extended families were looking for a house that could accommodate us over Thanksgiving week and boy did we hit the jackpot. What a terrific home…huge family area with lots of activities (video games, pool, golf simulator, poker table). Plenty of sleeping space. Host was fantastic…great communicator. In short we just could not be happier with our time there.

We will definitely book again!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property on Lake Conroe. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The best part was the private boat dock, where we could park our boat and enjoy the lake anytime we wanted. We had so much fun fishing, swimming, and cruising around the lake. The host was very friendly and helpful and gave us some great tips on where to go and what to do in the area. We would definitely book this property again for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation on Lake Conroe.
