Location of townhouse was great. 10 minute walk to the beach. Spacious for our family of five.Quality of the space wasn’t what we expected. Stained furniture, worn out furniture, scuffed paint, dirty walls, food pieces on walls, door locks that didn’t work.Items that were supposed to be supplied were missing, broken, or almost empty. Broken kitchen garbage can. No laundry detergent. No hand soap in one bathroom. Microwave vent was taped up and fell when we opened the microwave. The light under the microwave didn’t work. Game console was broken. Packing up for the beach, we found broken boogie boards, dirty beach wagon with garbage and food particles left inside. Beach blanket was folded up and wet. We booked this townhouse with the notion that all these items were going to be there and usable. Very disappointed that this was what we experienced. Every day was something new. We ran out of toilet paper on the second day. No extra household items were left. We had to run to Walmart at 11pm on our 2nd day for them.Communication with owners was exceptional. They were apologetic with issues we encountered. I was messaging them every day of day of our stay with things that were wrong. They responded almost immediately. I was reimbursed 100 for my troubles.

Thank you Julie for your visit to Confort Beach Haven. We understand your situation with what happened when you had your visit. Yes, unfortunately, there were some items broken due to a previous guest mishandling and we had a same day turn for your check-in. And items that were missing was due to a new cleaner that was still learning the job. This was obviously a fluke and not the norm for us as 99% of our guests are normally satisfied and often return to Comfort Beach Haven for their vacation. Again we apologize for the inconvenience. We did try to make it right with the property manager bringing new items to replace that were either missing or broken while you had your stay and we also reimbursed you funds. We hope that we can have the opportunity to serve you better next time.

This was a great property for a family beach trip! The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the living area was spacious. It’s not too far from the beach and it is close to multiple shopping centers and restaurants. Communication with the host was very smooth and timely, and we received many helpful tips to help enjoy our trip. I would definitely suggest this property for a beach getaway in Destin, and I hope to come back another year! Thank you!

Everything was as listed. Super lovely home. When we got there at 4pm the cleaners were still there for another extra 20-25 minutes still cleaning. We had a couple issues with not being able to lock the door or use the code provided which we contacted the host about. We ended up figuring the code out ourselves which was not the code that was sent originally. Other than these few things our stay was fantastic and would p

Very nice and cozy home. I was impressed with how clean it was being a beach house! Plenty of supplies. It was in a really great location. We could easily walk to the beach on sidewalks the whole way. We loved the little dog park and that there was a pool there as well. Another super important thing to me was how responsive the property owner was to me when I messaged. They were great. We had a great time!!

Kitchen was equipped with basics but would have been great to have essentials like ziplocks, or tin foil. Child friendly silverware would have been an extra plus. Housekeeping was still there at 4:10 when we went to check in so we came back around 4:30 ish. Great house though, lots of space, comfortable firm bed, great location! Took us 10 min to walk down to the beach. Right across from Whole Foods and any store you could want. Hosts were great about making sure we had all the information we needed and were easy to contact.

This was our first time to get a condo for vacation and I will do it again. Super easy check in and the response from the owner was on the dot. I absolutely loved this condo. It held our large family (5 kids) and the kids loved the house as well. I loved the kitchen, it had everything I needed to cook for my family. We will be back for sure!!! I would highly recommend this house for your vacation.

Great place to stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place was amazing, very spacious and very clean. It had tons of games along with all the beach equipment you would need. The balcony was very relaxing to enjoy your coffee or a late night sip on your wine. The rooms are very spacious which accommodated all our family, the kitchen area was very accommodating as well along with all the appliances/kitchen supplies that you would need. I would definitely recommend this place. It’s a 10 out of 10 the beach is a short walk. And close to all the stores and gift shops.
