Fairway Oaks Villa - Access Private Resort Beaches!

We are glad that overall you found our Fairway Oaks Villa to be very nice. However, we were disappointed to hear these complaints, as our team did not hear from you during your stay and we would have liked to help address the bed and answer your questions about the amenities. On the king mattress, we had not received any similar feedback from other guests and were surprised to hear your wife had such a hard time sleeping. Our team is getting feedback from our other winter guests and working with the owner to assess whether it is time for a replacement. As for the amenities, our privately-owned villa is not part of the Omni hotel or its rental program. However, we are very clear about this in our description. There is a note in the same size font as the rest of the description and with a star to indicate importance for guests like yourself that might otherwise scroll past. The Omni amenities that are not open to private renters are detailed, however the good news is that our villa does allow access to the Fairway Oaks pool and the general community amenities of the Amelia Island Plantation, like Drummond Point Park. Golfers can still golf at Little Sandy and dine at all the Omni restaurants. Spa services can still be booked and tennis lessons can be reserved. In the future, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team if you have any questions. We are happy to help and are proud to have received many other guests high ratings on "listing accuracy."
