It has all the right things: Location, great view, comfy bed/bedding, reliable internet, and it was very clean. The patio is huge and secluded. Hosts communicated very well.

This is a lovely property. Highlights were the handy location, a parking spot, a comfortable king size bed and a huge patio with a view. It is very clean and attractive.

The room was clean the view from the balcony was great but it was a little bit hard to find the entrance...

Perfect for my daughter and I. It was nice to not be in a hotel and instead be in a neighborhood. Very quiet.

Wonderful! Impeccably decorated, very cosy and comfortable (bed was amazing) and the private patio was a definite highlight. Hosts made check in easy and were very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay again when in the area. Highly recommend!

Lovely intimate setting with easy private access.We especially loved the large picture window facing a view of the hills and trees in the distance, seen from the bed, room and private patio.Impeccably clean!

The property was great and exactly as seen in the pictures. The patio was very nice and relaxing, bed was comfortable, and the location wasn’t awful. I would recommend bringing some water with you as there are only two bottles provided and only the bathroom sink to fill up the glasses. The hosts seem to be on top of things but you had better hope that you fit within their schedule as they are inflexible with checkin and checkout timing. We needed about 3 hrs later checkout and would be willing to check in 3 hrs later however were told that if that was done we would have to pay for the next day. So we ended up changing our plans to meet their schedule and even then stated getting texts when it was slightly after checkout. I have never had any other host be so uptight on checkin/out times like they were. The place is nice but does not have that kind of demand. Other than the hosts scheduling oddities, the place was exactly what we expected.

We’re glad you found the Cabana great, comfortable, and exactly as pictured, but we do want to clarify the check-in/check-out comments for future guests. A few days before your stay, you asked whether you could have a late checkout after 5:00 PM on your departure day; we explained that accommodating a checkout that late would require us to block that night from being booked, and you replied, “Ya no that’s okay. We will keep it as is,” leaving ample time to adjust your plans around the clearly stated 11:00 AM checkout. Despite that, you entered the Cabana at 12:52 PM before the 3:00 PM check-in while our cleaner was still working, and on departure day we had to follow up at 11:18 AM because the 11:00 AM checkout time had passed—and we did, in fact, have another guest arriving that day. We’re always happy to accommodate reasonable early arrivals or modest late checkouts when the schedule allows, but we also have to honor the published times so our cleaner can safely and properly prepare the space for the next guests. Great location, very beautiful, safe and quiet neighborhood. The patio was wonderful to have some wine at sunset and coffee with the morning fog. The bed was comfortable, updated furnishings, nice view. The water and cookies were a sweet touch. The host, Jono, was very responsive to my messages and even brought ice and extra water. Check-out was a breeze and not much was required of us.

The one room cottage is super nice and well appointed. My wife liked the bathroom. We both liked the large balcony with a great view. Private entry. It is in a convenient location. There’s a lot to do in town, I wish we stayed 3 nights.

The room was on a private property. It was very nice and very quiet. Our private patio had an amazing view that we enjoyed in the evening as the sun went down and in the morning as we had our coffee. Very clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed.

I balked a little at the price, but it *was* during July 4th weekend. But once we got there we forgot all about that - it was a lovely little slice of privacy that was close to the main city but felt like a little secret garden. We had dinner on the patio looking out at the hills awash in sunset and it was lightly magical. Would recommend.
