Lovely home, well maintained, INCREDIBLE location just steps away from the beach, in a very quiet, safe, and convienent neighborhood. The shops and restaurants at Coligny are very close by bike. We loved the screened porch and shady backyard. New refrigerator is very nice.We paid the extra fee for the pool heat (late September stay) and the pool was not as warm as expected, but still pleasant.Master king bedroom and queen bedroom have windows on the side of the house, and there is a bright outdoor light on that side. The shades didn't completely block the light. Something to consider if you are sensitive to light at night.

We absolutely loved this property. It is comfortable and just what we needed. The location is fantastic! Bikes available, the credit to rent chairs was awesome, and the beach was literally steps away. We will definitely rent 6 Lark again!

Home was clean and pet friendly. Backyard was completely fenced and mostly private (other than the few taller houses close by). Very close and easy walk to beach. Access is far enough from main public entrance at Coligny to keep from being too crowded. Backyard could use some tree/limb landscaping and mosquitoes were worst than I’d liked. Mirror was missing in master bathroom and needs to be replaced. AC works great in house, and beds are comfortable. Living room furniture could be updated but it works also. Communication with rental agency was easy with quick responses. Unfortunately, due to a storm on the 2nd night we were in town, we lost internet and TV for almost 48 hours but that’s not the fault of the property managers.

Great trip, always an excellent experience in Hilton Head. Home is very clean and comfortable and nice amenities inside. Holly and her team were excellent with communication before and during the stay, especially when the water had been turned off. Only problem we had was with larger animals our golden retrievers there is very little grass and its very sandy, and we had to constantly skim pool daily because of all the debris in pool. Landscaping could be reworked to accommodate better but overall, a great trip.

We had a great stay! Location was excellent… so close to a less crowded beach area. The home was very clean and as described. We had 3 people as well as our dog and it was on the smaller side which we were expecting. It was very well equipped from kitchen supplies to plenty of beach towels. The master bed is VERY SOFT which some people may love, but our backs were definitely hurting by end of week. Outside area is so charming. We appreciated the bikes and fenced area with a dog. The pool is surrounded by beautiful trees and shrubs, but we had a very windy week which made a brought a to. of debris in the pool. We spent an hour every morning trying to clean it. The pool was professionally cleaned mid week, but it needed it much more frequently. It would have been nice to have a vacuum that could be used as needed. We actually had to call maintenance to come to the house because the pump filter was clogged and heater was turned off. They were at the house within a few hours and got the problem resolved. Again the winds were crazy and it is the time of year for pollen to wreak havoc!! Overall it was a very nice stay!!!

This means leaves and pollen tend to fall from the trees in certain seasons. Hopefully the pool cleaning twice that week and the skimmer at the home was helpful to you. Fabulous stay- we rented for 5 weeks- perfect beach location, great backyard for our 2 dogs, bikes and beach chairs provided which was so nice. the kitchen was very well stocked. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Already booked for next year.

Second time stay - Wonderful property close to the beach

This is the second time that we booked this property. It is perfect for us (3 adults and an 8 year-old child). We love that it is really close to the beach so it doesn't take long to get there. The house is great, nice layout, very comfortable, well kept, clean. Nice backyard with a pool for relaxing and enjoy and a great screened porch that allowed us to work a few hours from there while our daughter was having fun at the pool.

Snowbird getaway

Apart from the coldest winter ever we had a good stay. Property was a little smaller than it looked but comfortable. Obviously more of a summer stay as there was no dining table that could accommodate more than 4 people other than the one in the screened in porch. Would recommend that a layer of stone is put at the beginning of the driveway as there are cables sticking out and we caught our feet a couple of times and nearly fell. Also would recommend a gfirst aid kit .Apart from that a good place to stay and would rent it again.

Perfect Place

We loved the property, its layout and how close it is to the beach. The house is perfect for a family of 4 and we were happy to know that they welcome pets. We enjoyed the backyard, the pool and of course the beach. We loved it so much that we have already rented it again for 2025!

Unbeatable location, neatly renovated and pet friendly

Property was as advertised, and we were comfortable as a family of 4 with a dog (there was one extra bed, so we would have been just as comfy with an extra person). Kitchen was neatly furnished, appliances in good condition (including washer/dryer). Backyard with pool is fenced, which is great for the dog. We perused the bicycles that were included; we were offered credit towards beach gear, but did not use it as the beach was so close so we did not stay on the beach too long at a time. In addition to the proximity to the beach, it’s a quick walk to Coligny plaza (ice cream shops, restaurants …) Two things that were not obvious from the listing: (1) the Spanish moss around the property is awesome, you would be literally looking straight up at it if you lied on your back in the pool. (2) the surrounding properties on all three sides have two stories and overlook the pool area, so not for those looking for seclusion/privacy at the pool (that being said, some nearby properties have pools at the front of the property with no fencing, so it is an upgrade from that)

Excellent Stay in Hilton Head

The property and location were both perfect. The property bathrooms could use a little updating, but overall the property was very clean and easy to access and a prime location to and from the beach! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach vacation with our dogs

The property is ideally located and was perfect for our small family and our two dogs. Just steps from the beach and with a lovely heated pool, we never lacked for a place to swim. The fully fenced yard was the perfect playground for the dogs.
