This property is located in a forest. It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards, bears, deer, raccoons, feral cats, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, ticks, chiggers, roaches, etc. on the property. Per listing requirements, we are, therefore, required to notify you that we have "dangerous animals" on the property.
All stand-alone, homes, excluding those that are not in a condominium tower, due to this possibility, however remote, are required, by Airbnb, to notify you of the possibility that one might encounter both dangerous, and fear-provoking, non-threatening creatures.
We have pest control services to deal with all of these creatures. If you come across any of them, please contact us immediately. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover, both inside your space, or outside, on our property. Many of these creatures are free-roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring, city, community, or HOA properties, and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of same.

Great place to stay for our family. Grandchildren loved the play area outside. Host made it very easy to check in. House was clean and kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Gravel road was a little rough getting in and out but would still stay there again. Close enough to everything.

Excellent Accommodations
The cabin was clean and ready upon arrival. Plenty of space and activities for families. Patio with hot tub was a nice way to wind down in the evening. Multiple restaurants within a few miles of the cabin. Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay here again!

Awesome cabin. Well stocked kitchen, easy to cook just like I was home. Good quality. Great location. Felt secluded and private. We stayed for 9 days and it felt like home. We enjoyed the variety of games available and the baby gear was very helpful. Plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 babies. Lots of wonderful memories made.

Everything was perfect. The place was clean and had everything we needed. If we had a question, the hosts where just a text away. If I was traveling with a group that fit this cabin, I would not even look at another place in this area. The only thing I would note to someone is that the pillows were large and firm. Did not bother us because we travel with our own pillows.

We had a great stay at the Simply Be cabin! The hosts were very welcoming and their communication with us was great. They provided all the information ahead of time about check in, the house, surrounding area, and check out , so we felt very prepared upon our arrival. The house is well-thought out and clean, and the amenities were wonderful - we enjoyed the hot tub and our 4-year-old had a great time on the playset!
