The condo was even better than the pictures! The balcony especially was very spacious with great outdoor furniture that was a favorite during our trip. Excellent location with easy beach access! Great pool as well. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back!!

We stayed here for our annual family beach trip, and it was the perfect place for our growing family. We’ve always loved visiting this area on past vacations, but staying in such a fantastic location this year made the experience even better. Being able to walk to everything we wanted while enjoying direct beach access was a huge plus. The close proximity to the beach and pool, along with the beautiful views from the balcony, made our stay especially enjoyable. We made wonderful family memories here and would love to come back in the future!

Great location and fabulous view. We were there during spring break and it was nice to have the beach right in front of us. It is also very walkable for area restaurants and shops.

Love this place!

This is the second time we have stayed at this beautiful property and my family and I absolutely love it! I love the huge balcony overlooking the beach. My other favorite thing about this condo is that it has 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths- No bunk beds. The owners took great care in decorating each room. The decor of the kitchen, living room and dining room were exquisite. We wanted to stay an extra night but this condo was booked so We stayed across the street. What a disappointment!! It wasn’t even in the same league. So if you happen to be able to book this place, get it and make some sweet memories with your family. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect getaway

The location, view, and accessibility were perfect. We ate breakfast on the porch as the waves gently rolled to shore. We witnessed gorgeous sunsets. We enjoyed being able to walk directly to the beach and pool. Sidewalks line the street if you want to walk to Rosemary beach or a short drive to all the great shops and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Although last minute I couldn’t attend for personal reasons, all the girls said it was an amazing location and set up. I hope to be able to use this place one day!

Absolute perfection

From the location l, to the view, to the property itself... perfection. Perfect size for our group and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beds were so comfortable too. Best communication I've ever had with a host. Highly recommend renting bikes because it was so fun and the property had plenty of bike racks. The heated pool was amazing and had clean bathrooms attached. Very well taken care of and we can't wait to go back!! Thank you so much to our host for allowing us to make such fun memories there!!

OVERCROWDED BEACHES, overpriced beach chairs, and filthy villa = disappointment

Poorly written instructions from the property owner made it impossible for us to even get thru the front gates when we arrived at 3am. EVERY SINGLE EMERGENCY NUMBER that was posted at various points around the property resulted in no answers. I'm glad no one was actually dying bc there would have been no one. The villa, itself, appeared clean at a glance, but that quickly proved to be untrue. The bathroom was disgusting and had piles of hair all over the floor. The master bath had what looked like 2 dead rats piled in the drain from all the leftover hair from the prior renter. My kid dropped a toy behind the bed and I had the misfortune of having to retrieve it....the amount of filth and dust under all the beds proved that these floors hadn't been adequately cleaned in over a century. I had read other reviews about how the beaches were overcrowded but dismissed them. Boy, was I wrong. That small patch of sand you paid for directly in front of your building was, in fact, shared but countless other buildings a good half mile back from the beach road. There literally is a bus/trolly service dumping droves of people at your beachfront doorstep starting at 6am, like hoards of illegal immigrants being dumped at the border. If you didn't have your spot set up at least by 630am, you didn't get one. You literally can't see a single square foot of sand after that point bc every square inch had already been taken up.To pay THAT much only to have to share limited beach space?Never again.

Family friendly with plenty of space to gather and privacy with 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms

We were coming to Rosemary Beach for a family wedding. Location, spacious and private living area with a reasonable rate were my priority. Vacationing with my adult daughters and her spouse, comfort and privacy was important. Oh my, walking into the unit with the view of ocean front, having 2 of the bedrooms with full baths en-suite, furnishings that were truly a comfort made our stay beyond what I expected. My personal learning curve of entrance codes/key fobs public beach access for those long walks and remembering to wear the bracelets took a bit to remember. Security on site and throughout the property/town were a gentle reminder. (Also one role of toilet paper per bathroom should be noted:) We were sincerely spoiled and will definitely plan another visit soon!

The BEST location

This unit has the best views of the ocean & pool! The neighorhood and close to everything, secure, and upscale. Everyone on-site was very kind and helpful. Check-in process was easy (don't lose any of the key cards or fobs.) We had a great time and will definilty be booking again. It my new go-to place on 30A.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay! We especially liked being able to walk to shops and restaurants. It was a kid friendly area and our whole family enjoyed the trip. Agree with the other reviews that you'll want to get down to the beach early to set up. We'd definitely stay again!
