I'm not sure who you spoke to but this owner takes a great deal of pride in his home and certainly wouldn't have had that mindset, the maintenance person you spoke to must have been confused. We've had someone take a look at the pool since your review and everything is in perfect working order with the pump and filter system. Hi Danny, Thank you for your review and your feedback. We did share the Beach Time Rentals app which has all of the check in information, in addition to a text that you received with all of your check in information 24 hours prior to arrival. Unfortunately the check in manager had limited cell service due to the storm. Management does cleaning and maintenance inspections on a weekly basis. Upon your check out, we did check the pressure in all of the water sources and could not replicate the problem, either way we apologize you encountered this issue while at the property. We did have an issue with flies in the hallway that was remedied 48 hours later. Each unit has 2 parking spaces which 1 could be used for a trailer. Thank you again for your feedback.
