Location was great. One of the toilets should have been repaired before we arrived. Batteries in the front door lock should have been installed before arrival. Overall, it was a good stay.

Comfortable clean home, great location

Bedroom carpets are very worn and appear soiled.

Thank you for staying and also inquiring to stay again in the future. Unfortunately not all of our guests remove their shoes before walking onto the bedroom. We do have the carpets cleaned regularly and wish they weren’t cream colored as well which shows everything.

Nice accomodations

Everything was fine and worked very well for what we needed. My only complaint is that we needed to reach out to ask the owner to change the thermostat settings. With the system they had, I feel they could have just set a range but allow us to work within that range and everything when I'm in fine. Despite that, the owner was extremely fast to respond and make the adjustments.

No toilet paper, 1he golf cart only had half a tank of gas, you needed some kind of code to work thermostat..not provided, kitchen faucet worked once and then would not turn on, third day it was 79 inside window not work. Tried to contact phone & vrbo NO return

Anne I just looked at my Vrbo account and there is no messages in there along with my personal phone number which is furnished before check in with the code to get into property. The WiFi password and name is also provided in the same message. Along with instructions about not adjusting the air conditioning.

Wonderful stay, perfect location

Perfect spot for visiting family in The Villages, bright spacious home, layout makes it very easy to share. The place was very clean and cozy. The golf cart was a wonderful addition so we could really experience village life.

We arrived late in the evening to no a/c, house temperature was 84. We waited till next morning (figured not much could be done at 11pm) to contact homeowner. She proceeded to tell me it was "usual in hot temps to only get so cool and give the system a bit). I disagreed but gave her 4 hours, she then called HVAC company. We had to cut our day short to meet technician. He confirmed the system was not working and wouldn't until next day. Homeowner asked us to move for the night to a friends house to sleep. In the end she should have provided some type of credit for our troubles yet she never did. Caveat emptor!

Home was not clean. Host requested we remove shoes because carpet was just cleaned. We did this until we noticed that our white socks were black on the bottom. Carpet did not look like it had been recently cleaned. Shower had a USED bar of soap. Rug did not lay flat in living room and was a tripping hazard. Some Electrical wall outlets were missing covers. Two car garage had a car and golf cart in it. We were not aware that the car would be there taking up a spot we thought would be available for our car. Two trash bags (smelly) were in the trash can when we arrived. Worst of all, the air conditioner was not cooling on Tuesday May 28. We emailed the host who called us in that morning. We explained what was going on and she said her off site reading of the thermostat showed it was 69 degrees in the house when it actually was 82 degrees. We texted again around 5P and ask that she get a service out to check it and how uncomfortable it was for the two older guests that were staying there. She did not reply to this email. Therefore, we decided to leave on May 29 even though the reservation had a check-out date of May 30. The two older people could not take the heat and shame on the host for putting them through this. I am sure the host will need some repair to the unit even though she claimed to us it was cooling. We are very disappointed in this vacation experience with VRBO and expected more from VRBO. This property should not be listed.

PERFECTION! Can't wait to return and stay longer! -:)

I cannot wait to rent here again! I stayed for 3 days with my two sisters in order to visit our Aunt who also lives in The Villages. The location was perfect, the house perfect - comfortable, spacious, beautiful. Please do not hesitate to book your accomodations here. I am a very detail oriented person who loves cleanliness, organization, and all things home decor. This home was EXCELLENT! The master suite is gorgeous, the additional 2 bedrooms comfortable and well-equiped. I especially loved enjoying my coffee on the lanai every morning. There is even an adorable pink golf cart and access to all the amenities. Thank you, Patty! We were able to easily and comfortably make memories with our family that will last a lifetime!

Lovely village home

This home in the villages is very lovely. It was very spacious for 4 adults. Very easy to get in and out of in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There were roofers working on a house close by but the noise was low. Her home is very soundproof.The Sumter Landing area is very popular for restaurants, shops and entertainment. And everything is within minutes. We stayed 2 nights and found plenty to do. The other residents and visitors are very friendly. Our host Tammy was also friendly and respectful. She is easy to communicate with. She responded within minutes with an answer to any question I had. I highly recommend this home.
