Caprice Cottage is located on the bluff, on N. Fulton Beach Road in the Sun Harbor Community. Relax at the community pool which overlooks Aransas Bay. Caprice Cottage sleeps 6, with two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms featuring tiled showers. There is plenty of room for your friends and family to gather and relax. The large open-concept floor plan includes living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living room has comfortable furniture including a sleeper sofa. The dining table seats 6 people. There is a fully stocked kitchen, microwave, coffee maker and blender for drinks. No dishwasher. Stay connected with 3 TVs and Wi-Fi or unplug and enjoy nature at its finest. The primary bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with a foam bed topper and an attached bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The second bathroom(shower) is off the kitchen. There is an assortment of sleeping pillows to accommodate your sleeping needs. Sheets and towels are provided for your convenience. There is a washer and dryer located in the detached shed. Parking behind the cottage is available.
Enjoy the sea breeze on the front patio which overlooks Aransas Bay. Outdoor seating is comfortable and plentiful. Swim in the pool, relax on the porch and fish on the private Sun Harbor pier. Grill your catch of the day on the Weber grill. Witness a beautiful sunrise with a good cup of coffee.
The Rockport-Fulton area has many attractions. Downtown Rockport is a few minutes away. There are many fun shops to visit on Market Street and many delicious restaurants for the best fresh seafood. The kids will enjoy Rockport Beach with warm sea breezes and blue waves. There are multiple themed playgrounds and swing sets to enjoy. There is a small daily fee to access Rockport Beach. Rockport is a prime location for birding and nature lovers. There is a variety of wildlife, fishing, hiking and kayaking.
There are several festivals during the year. Other attractions include The Fulton Mansion, Texas Maritime Museum, Goose Island State Park and Fulton Harbor. Caprice Cottage is quiet and peaceful, fun for family, friends, and Winter Texans (no stairs to climb). Caprice Cottage is pet friendly; we love our fur babies! Please bring a kennel so your fur baby feels safe while you are gone. Caprice Cottage is kid friendly also. We hope you make great memories in Rockport and come back real soon!

Weekend getaway
Our stay was quite relaxing and enjoyable. Close to activities, and places to go. We enjoyed the fishing pier and the scenery. The pool was a great way to relax after a long day of fishing.
Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Summer Vacation
Cottage was way more than expected. Pool was clean and close by and the pier was sturdy as well as being close. We will stay again next summer if possible.

Comfortable cabin near bay.
The property was clean and comfortable. However, communication was poor. There was no obvious information in the cabin regarding laundry keys, WiFi set-up, places to go, etc. The WiFi code was hard to find, and the response to questions was slow. Took about 18 hours for manager to respond to question about WiFi.

The cottage and amenities were perfect. Thank you so very much. My husband, father in law, Boston Terrier and I had so much fun. The atmosphere was also perfect. Everyone was nice and courteous!

This was our second time to stay here and have booked it for another visit in the fall. Caprice Cottage has everything you need to have a great experience in Rockport. It is very clean and very well stocked kitchen to enjoy the trip. Everyone has been very professional and friendly when we have been in contact with them. We have been very happy with our visits to Rockport and with your house.

Amazing as always ? One of our favorites close to restaurants on Fulton Beach Road and has a beautiful well kept pool that over looks the bay. When I called for a Mother Daughter trip, they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Great Team!

Close Getaway
Decided this year for vacation we would stay relatively close to home, 3 hours away, and we chose this property because of location and access to a pool. The house was very well furnished and was exactly as it was described. The one thing we didn't anticipate was 18" of rain and road closures:(. Rained 4 out of the 5 days we were there. Luckily we were well stocked and didn't need to get out. The house was very comfortable so it made our confinement bearable. Would definately stay there again.

It was peaceful and comfortable. All the neighbors are friendly and the fishing off the dock is pretty good
