What a wonderful spot to stay for a quick getaway in Blue Ridge with our dog. Walking distance of less than 5 minutes literally anywhere downtown. Perfect amenities and excellent communication from Mike the host. Highly recommend.

Mike is an excellent host! The bedrooms were perfectly sized as well as the bathroom. He even has amenities for anyone (like me) who forgets simple things like shaving razors. Parking was not tricky and it was amazing to have the security of knowing the police dept is literally next door (not that downtown BR is sketchy whatsoever). This is one of the cutest homes I’ve had the pleasure of staying in!

Had a great stay. It’s located right off the main drag with an included parking spot and perfect for walk around town and not worrying about parking. Or driving. The rooms were as described. Communication with Mike was fast and efficient. The uniqueness and history of the building is something that drew me in as well. Thanks for a good experience!

If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Blue Ridge, this is the one! We came, as a small group of three women, for our annual girls trip! Communication, from beginning to end, was a smooth and very professional process. The host was very prompt answering questions, sending recommendations, etc. You are literally steps from downtown Blue Ridge, that take you from boutique to boutique, coffee shops, restaurants, antiques, chocolates, souvenir shops, Blue Ridge Scenic Railway and Rail Bikes…all things women love! Walking distance to everything! The property was perfect: #1 being CLEAN!!!; fully stocked with all amenities and a little extras; comfortable beds, pillows, and clean linens; a sweet little front porch that when sitting outside, made us feel like we were at home! A small little bus station converted into a perfect little home away from home! I will recommend to all of our friends! An enormous thank you to the host!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to enjoy the area while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Adorable VRBO. Perfect location for activities with children in Blue Ridge. Across from a park which our two went to several times a day. We could be to all the restaurants and shops and catch the train with a little more than a five minute walk. The host was more than responsive. Unit was spotless and stocked with basics. Only thing was we could never figure out the televisions so kids had no shows and we missed the USA Bosnia World Cup Soccer march. Not exactly life changing but disappointing! Still it was 5 Star stay.

The bungalow was the perfect downtown location! We could conveniently walk out the front door to any shop or restaurant. Mike was easy to connect with but we really didn't need anything - everything was exactly as the posting and we had everything we needed at the bungalow. We will definitely be back!

Would 100% recommend ! Communication was easy and when I had a question, it was answered immediately! The place has everything you need for a couple of nights ( staying longer than grocery is right down the road) . The king bed in the back bedroom is so comfortable . ( if you do not do steps ,stay in the queen bed) Both are fantastic! Couch is comfortable and tons to do in Blue Ridge and surrounding area but if you need to sit a while the TV is huge and easy to connect to streaming services. Air Conditioning is cold and good! Perfect for a small family or couple or two sets of close friends who don’t mind sharing a small bathroom. We loved everything about the cottage. Location, communication, cleanliness is A plus perfect, keurig pot or single, everything is labeled to find easy. Just a perfect place!

This is the cutest bungalow. The decor is beautiful and the owners thought of everything to make our stay perfect. Mike was an incredible host, extremely tentative and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s the perfect location and everything is in walking distance I highly recommend this bungalow. You will not be disappointed! Many thanks to Mike!

Great location with short walks to most of the down town area. Very clean rental. The only down side is there are no closets for your luggage. That is my fault for not looking and reading all the details. Other than that, it was a awesome place.

Absolutely cute, clean, very well supplied. Comfortable bed and very quiet. I slept well each night. Everything I needed in the kitchen was available with cabinets and drawers clearly marked. And if you're there to see Blue Ridge, you can't beat the location. It's on a little side street off main. I loved being able to walk to all the places I wanted to go. It was just great!

This rental was probably the best we’ve ever stayed in as far as listing accuracy, location in the heart of downtown Blue Ridge (can walk everywhere), cleanliness, fully stocked, with very thoughtful touches as every corner. Extremely comfortable beds and linens. Couldn’t recommend more!
