We understand that the additional paperwork required before arrival can feel excessive. As a licensed real estate firm, we’re held to state regulations that require us to present specific legal disclosures on behalf of the homeowners we represent. That said, we know it can be a lot and we try to streamline the process as much as possible. We're especially sorry to hear about the condition of the patios and the cleanliness issues you described. Our team would have been happy to address these right away had we known during your stay—but we absolutely respect your preference for privacy. While we wish we could have turned this around for you in the moment, we’re taking your comments seriously as we work to improve guest experience :) Wishing you all the best in your future travels!
