The house is very spacious and great for a large group. The waterfront view is nice, and we enjoyed fishing right from the property.The bad things were that the floors were not very clean and there were not enough towels for a large group.The biggest disappointment was the pool. There is no pool at the house. It is a community pool at a different location, and there is a limit on how many guests can use it. We did not realize this until after we arrived. I wish this was explained more clearly in the main description.Overall, the house is nice and spacious, but if the pool is important to your family, please be aware of this before booking.

The property overall could use from a good inspection and repairs. The railings outside had some safety issues. There were broken boards and Nails sticking up. The kitchen table was missing screws and was extremely wobbly. My husband did repair some of that. The mattresses on all the beds need to be replaced they all lean toward the middle. One bed slat was broken. Property management came and looked at it, but I don’t know their determination. One TV was not working at all and property management did come over and replace that TV. Taking a shower caused puddles of water on the floor. The sheet rock, especially in the second floor bathroom needs to be repaired or replaced. The stair railings in the house were sticky and dirty. I understand they were scheduled to be clean and refinished. The kitchen floor was extremely dirty and I requested a mop so I could clean the floor.

The property was accurately listed and located in a great area. I wished communication was better--I had to remind the host to send me check in and check out instructions. Although the host was prompt-ish in their reply, it still took time away from my trip by me constantly having to monitor my phone, which was disappointing. There were cobwebs upon entry, light fixtures blown out, and old dishes in the dishwasher. For a home that is advertised to house over 10 people, there were only a handful of towels and washcloths. Although these issues may seem small, the price of my stay was not and so I expected more. Overall, I feel the host needs to personally visit the property in between reservations. I assume they have a maintenance crew, but sometimes, having the property's owner eye on it, things could be a little more polishedAlthough small, these issue did not need to be present. could help things be a little more polished. Lastly, I suggest having a binder in preparation for visitors listed with directions and dos and don'ts of the property. There were things in place to monitor guests such as noise detection devices, and I feel those funds should be used elsewhere such as sprucing up the property.

Wonderful place to stay. It was right on the water, beautiful view, very clean and kid friendly. We had a child and two babies with us. The play room had so many things for our 2 yr old to play with. There was also a high chair and a Pack n Play that came in very handy (You will need to bring your own Pack n Play sheets - standard size). As noted on VRBO, there were a lot of stairs but that didn't slow us donw. They were also responsive to our questions. Great stay!

A lot of pots but not a lot of pans. Not many utensils either. A list of specifics would be helpful like electric kettle, coffee pot and Keurig. Instructions on how to use the dishwasher. Also, the washer and dryer filters were not cleaned out. Had to buy an air and water filter for the frig as they needed to be replaced. The dock had to be fixed as my SIL and sister fell through various planks. The place was nice on the surface but there lots of burnt our light bulbs, nails sticking up on the stairs and some of the room thresholds, couple of the matresses have huge dips in them making them very uncomfortable. We did not realize that you had to go up 2 flights of stairs just to get to the main living area with the kitchen and master. It was very difficult on my older sister and mother.

The house was a perfect setting for our family Christmas. They even decorated for the holiday so beautifully which made it that much better. We enjoyed the view from all the bedrooms and decks and it was a great weekend to spend time in the backyard. My niece and nephews came over and loved the kids playroom and we were all able to pile on the large couch downstairs and watch movies. There are a lot of stairs in the house so it is not very handicap accessible. My aunt visited and just had a hip replacement so the spiral stairs were a little bit of a struggle. Also, the house was not cleaned very well which I did relay to the host. The property manager was very responsive and sent someone to clean out the dishwasher that wasn’t draining properly. Overall a fantastic stay but I’m not sure it is stocked well enough for a large group (small kitchen, small coffee pot, not enough bath towels).

This is a great house! We had 15 people and fit comfortably. The host was always so quick to reply with answers to questions. The house is beautiful and has luxury finishes. It's very nice to have an entire floor for family fun with the pool table, the tv and large couch, and the huge play room for small children! Being on the water is so nice and we had fun fishing from the deck. It's a great place to stay for a large group and we would go back!

Spacious home, nice location

Our family enjoyed a few days together at this property. We needed something with enough space to accommodate our 4 married adult children. Pros: The house is spacious and clean, nice views, and walking distance to fishing, pickleball/tennis courts, and a playground; several restaurants and a beach are within driving distance. Cons: Communication with host was at times challenging, beds are softer than our families’ preference.
