Seabrook Island community is wonderful. Lots of rules but I think that’s what makes for a pleasant experience. Property was well appointed and had everything we needed. Nice decor, tastefully appointed for an ocean property. Easy access to ocean with a wonderful boardwalk. Great covered porch with great view. Great layout in condo. There were just two of us but would have been comfortable for four. There is a kids educational camp down the beach a ways. Their activity (shouts and cheering) did carry, but was done by early evening. We would book this property again.

This vacation rental is the perfect getaway! We loved the comfortable, homey feel from the moment you walk in the door! Beautiful and tasteful interior design that helps all of your real life stress away. The balcony has a the perfect place to kickback and relax. Awesome view of the ocean! We spent the majority of our time there when we were indoors. The mattress was super comfy for a wonderful nights sleep. The beach is literally a quick minutes walk to have your toes in the ocean. Beach chairs and gear are provided by the host who has thought of everything for their guests and provided.

This villa was perfect for my wife and I. Being able to wake up and see the dunes, water, and wildlife from the living area was a treat. Especially grateful for the owners allowing us to enter a bit earlier, as the villa was ready before normal check in (4PM).

wonderful first floor condo. Easy walk to the beach with just a few steps down to the walkway. We loved having nice beach chairs available. The kitchen was very well equipped and labeled. It was nice to have a large master bedroom and (2) full bathrooms with plenty of towels. The WiFi was spotty and the noise from the condo above was a bit unusual. Overall, it was a nice experience for us (just my wife and me).

This was one of the best rental properties we have stayed in on Seabrook Island. The owners clearly want their rental guests to enjoy their visit. It was clean, updated, organized, and stocked with plenty of essentials for our short long weekend stay. The sunset views from the porch are stunning!! Would absolutely recommend!

This property is 5 out of 5!

The description, location, space/layout, and cleanliness of the property were fantastic! It was gorgeous and quiet. The owners clearly care about their wonderful property, and it was incredibly relaxing once we got into this well appointed 1-bedroom with every amenity we wanted and more. The owners have thought of everything - even 2 types of coffee pot! The view was outstanding as well. Beach access was lovely. If you are not familiar with tides and their timing, you'll want to look into that before arrival (not an issue for us). This was a last-minute trip; I booked it only a few weeks in advance which did not mesh well with the Coastal Getaways' new system regarding check-in, car registration, and amenity cards. The things I had to do prior to arrival were cumbersome: download 2 apps, the inefficient addition/process of rental car info, and several phone calls about amenity cards because I wasn't receiving timely emails with the necessary account info. Nancy was very helpful, and were it not for her, I considered cancelling the reservation. The only reason I noted a 4 is because of the number of times I had to keep reaching out to Coastal Getaways via phone because their online system had a ton of wrinkles to iron out. I also do not prefer to have to depend on my phone to access places I have already checked into; I prefer to unplug when on vacation. That has nothing to do with the gorgeous property which is why the property earns 5 stars.

Hi Darcy, Thank you so much for your review. We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience caused by the island’s access requirements, including the gate entry process. Unfortunately, these policies are outside of our control at Coastal, but we do our best to pass along all necessary information to our guests ahead of time. The club transitioned to a new system over Memorial Day weekend, and it took some time for everyone to get acclimated—including us. We understand that the gate access can feel a bit overwhelming, especially when reservations are made within two weeks of arrival, as this can limit time for processing amenity access. That said, we hope everything was ultimately resolved and, based on your review, it sounds like you were still able to enjoy your stay. Seabrook is a beautiful private gated community that does require a bit of preparation before visiting, and we really appreciate your patience and understanding. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you ever need assistance in the future—we’d love to host you again! Warm regards, Renee @ Coastal

Perfect Anniversary Trip

This house was a perfect stay! The decor was stunning, the layout was spacious, and the views were gorgeous. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the wildlife with the river in the back, and making a quick walk down to the river’s beach for stunning sunset views. The porch door to the boardwalk was convenient and made getting to and from the beach super easy!
