With room for 10 adults, make your beach get away memorable and comfortable - just like home! Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen when you want to cook…leisure inside and out with numerous sitting areas, including 2 porches (main level has twin-sized porch swing), outdoor eating area and more. Play giant Jenga, Yahtzee or Cornhole on the patio or cards and board games at the large dining room table. Recently updated and freshly painted with new furniture and wood flooring throughout, all new light fixtures, & name brand bedding. Home also has an EV charger and an alternative work area to make the most of your stay at "One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, PINFISH!"

You’ll be at the beach in a short 7 minute walk or even less if you jump on one of the 5 adult bikes. You’ll have full access to the Shibumi shade, beach wagon, chairs, sporting equipment with beach towels and beach bags included for use during your stay. Finish the day with a shower inside or out and lounge in a Pinfish robe as you watch the sun go down with a cocktail after another fabulous day at Carolina Beach!

There are lots of things to do at the house or nearby when you're not at the beach. Grab a drink at the Tiki Bar (a short 7 minute walk) ; take a walk on the trail just a couple of blocks away (~3 minutes to get to paved trail); head down to the Boardwalk and downtown with lots of restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, coffee shops and more for fun after the sun. If you want to explore the area further, just drive down Lake Park Blvd to Kure Beach Pier, the Fisher Aquarium, Fort Fisher, or take the ferry over to Southport. Head down Dow Road to try out the local brews at Good Hops Brewery or visit the Carolina State Beach park with 9 miles of hiking/biking trails, jet ski rentals and other Intracoastal Waterway access and activities. Or, perhaps, head north and drive to historic downtown Wilmington or Wrightsville Beach for additional outings (about 30 minutes away).

Beautiful House

We had plenty of room for our family girls trip with various ages. Really appreciated not having to lug our beach chairs from home. The bathrooms/showers were especially nice and roomy. Plenty of parking and great communication the entire process. Thank you.

Perfect Getaway House - pack lightly!

I have never stayed at a VRBO that had it all. Kitchen was fully stocked, organized and clean. Storage room had 5 beach cruisers, beach chairs and awesome cornhole boards. House had ample towels (including beach towels) and beach bags. Truly this house had it all! Perfect location - easy walk or bike ride to the beach, great neighborhood with bike paths to enjoy. We will be back! The porch swing is an added bonus!

Spectacular Stay

Comfy With Great Decor

Loved the property, Kate met us there and was very nice, our clothes dryer was out of commission, so I requested extra towels, she brought them to us. My daughter and I take a couple of trips together every year, and we’ve never been asked to do as much cleanup as this trip. Strip beds, collect all towels, linens and put by washer, run dishwasher, take out trash, we paid what I considered a very substantial cleaning fee, why? They only provided 4 rolls of toilet tissue for 4 bathrooms, seriously, and 1 roll of paper towels, considering what we paid I think they could have provided at least two.

The Best Beach Weekend

We had the most amazing time staying at this property. The amenities are top notch - embroidered robes, corn hole, outdoor swing, the list goes on and on! This was one of the first houses we've rented that has come with an electric car charger, which was super convenient. Barbara, the property manager, was lovely and provided us with some great local recommendations on restaurants and things to do during our stay. The check-in process was very smooth and communication with the hosts was great. The house could not be more perfect and we will definitely look to stay here again on our next visit - would absolutely recommend to anyone planning a beach trip. It's in a great location just a few blocks from the beach and lots of restaurants, bars, etc.

Wonderful Time!

We loved every bit of it, it was a gorgeous and the beaches were really great. We loved exploring different restaurants and the arcades were especially fun! My favorite part about the house was the outdoor swing( I fell asleep multiple times on it) it's just so relaxing and the neighborhood is peaceful and very friendly.

Wonderful Getaway

Wonderful Beach Family Vacation

Absolutely beautiful!

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Pinfish twice, and always love how clean and spacious it is. Even with 4 families with 5 children, the eating area, the large kitchen are great. It feels as though it has 2 suites because of the wonderful bathrooms. This house actually inspired us to redo our own showers! We love pinfish, and the location. It is in a quiet street and is great for small kids! We will be staying again as long as we can snatch before someone else!

Beach Vacation with the Family

This house was wonderful. I was with my husband, sister, niece and her 2 kids (all adults). The house was on pylons so the front porch was high. It had a GREAT swing and ceiling fans so it was a hangout spot for us in the evening. It has a 2nd porch on the top floor but those fans didn't work. There's plenty of room for parking under the house. There's also a shed that has 3 bikes, a wagon and some beach stuff. The bike were in good shape and we rode them many mornings or evenings for exercise. Most of the bedrooms and showers are nice and large. The only thing that would have made the house better is if it was closer to the beach. You have to walk from the house to the corner of Pinfish and Ocean and then about 4 blocks. There's no sidewalk so you have to walk on the side of the road. You can drive and park for $20/day but we chose not to go that route.

Great Place To Stay!

We had a wonderful vacation experience thanks in large part to this property. Very clean, up to date, nicely decorated, and lots of room that accommodated our family. The kitchen was well stocked. The owners have thought of everything a family might need for vacation time-bikes, beach chairs, skimboards, grill, etc. We will book this location again!

Summer break

We were very happy with this property. Had everything we needed. Nice and quiet too. Everyone loved the front porch swing. Only thing I would suggest is to put some strips on the shower floor upstairs. It is very slippery. Was afraid I would fall. Put a towel down to stand on Thanks for a wonderful week. Loretta Seipel

Off season get away

Beautiful, comfortable home!

House had everything we needed and was beautiful and comfortable! Great location and looked exactly as advertised. Rental agency required communication by phone at multiple points in the booking process - not as convenient as AirBnB. Also we were told we would get a call when we could check in, and that call never came so we eventually just went there.

A true home away from home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately for us, we were one of the thousands that were affected by Hurricane Florence, and the interior of our home was destroyed. Very, fortunately, the owners of this beautiful home and the staff at Intracoastal Realty Vacation Rentals took such wonderful care of us during our 6 month stay that having a place to stay was a huge load off our minds. This home is beautiful and set up for a large family to have a great time just blocks from the ocean. It's in a quieter section of the beach, and at night you can actually hear the ocean, which we enjoyed. The neighborhood is quite nice, and it's very close to the brand new Carolina Beach Greenway. Wonderful vacation property, blocks away from public beach access and a cross-city brand new walking/biking trail - there's not much here that's not to love!

Perfect family getaway

We had 3 kids - ages 11-14 who biked everywhere with us. The house had an open floor plan with plenty of room for board games, cards and lounging. Loved the outdoor shower after going from beach. Had a small electrical problem but rental agency fixed promptly. Stay did not include passes to neighborhood pool which was disappointing for kids, but an overall great visit to CB!

Brian and Heather are the new owners of One Fish, Two Fish, Redfish, PINFISH and we are happy to share our piece of paradise with you! We have created a home away from home to make fun memories with family and friends and hope you'll want to do the same. Heather loves watching and photographing the sun rise at Carolina Beach Access #5 and Brian catching a wave and relaxing with a beer on the beach. After years of watching DIY shows, we've taken great care over the past 6 months to take on our own upgrade project. No new walls or demo days, but we've carefully selected new furnishings and amenities to take Pinfish and your experience here to the next level!
