The villa has a stunning oceanfront view and an updated, comfortable bedroom. The rest of the villa was tired and neglected. The drip pan under the AC unit on the balcony was nothing but rust and algae and mold are growing on the balcony’s outdoor carpet. The bottom two feet of the blinds were either missing or falling apart. The paper towel holder attached to the island was broken. One of the recliners was broken and the throw pillows are 15 years past their prime. When the bedroom light is turned on, one of the bulbs flickers like a strobe light. Beach chairs were rusted and broken. Bathroom floor tiles were loose and missing grout. I brought these concerns to the owner and only received excuses. Would we stay here again? Absolutely not.

I was in my condo in May 2026 all of these things have been done to my condo this summer season. I called this guest to make an appointment to repair Some of these things when they were at the beach or out about, they would not answer my call. My son had a heart attack that weekend And surgery. However I kept trying to arrange Repairs. I have repair the papertowel holder, door knob, tile on court top and have new recliners now in the condo. I thanked this guest for making me aware of these things. I had hoped to fix as much as possible, however i will not enter a condo with out permission. All she wanted was money back. I did offer her a discount. Please read all my feedbacks.

Great view from balcony. Perfect proximity to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Nice quiet condo in a relaxing area. Would definitely book again.

Great location and the host was very accommodating. Loved the condo-my only complaints (which are minor) were the balcony and kitchen are a bit too crowded. I appreciate having central air but with the unit on the balcony along with the current furniture, it seemed a little tight. The kitchen area just is too tight in its current configuration.

The views were stunning, and communication with the host was outstanding, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. The location was excellent, with many restaurants and attractions within easy walking or biking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

VERY NICE. This condo is not only beautiful it’s also very comfortable. When you come in you notice right away that it’s clean and beautifully decorated, the bed is huge (and comfortable). The view from the balcony was great, it didn’t get the direct sun on it so we were able to sit outside all day without it getting too hot. The condo stayed nice and cool even at night. Charlene is very nice and helpful with the notes she sends you on checking in and out (everything you need is in the notes codes and restaurant ideas also). We definitely enjoyed our stay.

The view was perfect, the condo was clean and had everything we needed. We could walk to a lot of things and anything we couldn't walk to was an easy drive away. The beach was never too crowded and when we needed some shade the balcony was perfect. The red light to keep the bugs away at night was a wonderful touch. I will be coming back here for another stay!!

What a wonderful place to unwind and relax! This is our third stay with this owner and we will definitely return. The oceanfront view gave us the privilege of watching dolphins and more. Very clean property and delightful host! So many things to do in this neighborhood if you choose to leave the gorgeous beach. Highly recommend!

This is a very nice condo with a terrific ocean view balcony. The location is very convenient to local shopping and restaurants. The king size bed was comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with items for food preparation. The two recliners were very much appreciated after an active day!

This very small condo hasn't aged well, is past its prime and is in desperate need of renovation. Bed was soft, saggy and lumpy; pillows were flat and thin (yuck!), towels were "well used". The (small) dishwasher had a strong odor and we didnt use. Balcony had excess furniture piled up in one end which made the very small balcony even smaller and the chair cushions faded and flat. Condo has a mold/mildew smell even after airing out the condo with doors open. Great beach view. Would not rent again.

I totally don't understand these comments at all. I think this is another owner trying to take my business. I have a new platform bed with a memory foam mattress and brand new pillows. Three years ago I gutted the bedroom and hall , new sheetrock, new 5 panel solid wooden doors and two brand new 50" smart Samsung TVs in bedroom and living room. This person only booked two nights and one full day, again I think this was sabotage. Please read the rest of my feedback.

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and me. The ocean veiews were outstanding. We even had the pleasure of watching deer in the early evening. We walked to many shops and restaurants. The condo had everything we could possibly need.

We had a great stay. Beautiful oceanfront view from comfortable chairs on the balcony. Charlene was very thoughtful when outfitting the villa. From comfortable furniture to a desk/vanity area to a great shower head with wonderful water pressure. These villas are small but perfectly designed for a couple. I can’t think of anything negative to say. We will book again.

the balcony was perfect, amazing view of the sunrise in the mornings, great place to sit and have a quiet moment or a nap. this was the perfect place to rest and recharge. Charlene was the best hostess, very responsive. I arrive at 8 pm and had difficulty getting to the correct entrance gate due to the dark, She answered the phone on NYE and helped me get in so I could start my amazing vacation.
