The property was a good layout and a decent sized condo. Very conveniently located in the beautiful Wild Dunes area of IOP. Arguably the most beautiful part of the Charleston area. This particular condo was cluttered. It was clean enough I would say but there was so much STUFF . For instance, two of the four closets in the condo are owner’s closets (locked and not for guest use) which is fine but the remaining two closets, intended for guests, were stuffed with crap. I could not nor would I put my clothes in there. In one closet there were many spare quilts just rolled up and thrown on the floor. The dressers were old and smelled moldy, drawers hard to open. There were several non operational (no light bulbs) lamps in the living room. The kitchen cabinets were overstuffed with things. So yes, you do have what you need but there’s just A LOT of stuff everywhere. In one of the bathrooms there was a magazine rack with magazines and the yellow pages in it! Gross! The spice rack was from at least the 1990s. A rolled up carpet shoved behind a couch. The beach cart wheels were broken rendering it completely unusable. Lots of broken beach toys. DVD players in every room. Nobody needs that - put a streaming service in. It just feels like they keep adding stuff to the place without taking anything out. It really needs a good decluttering. Perfectly fine if you don’t mind feeling like you are staying at your hoarder grandma’s place.
