The house has a great setup. Finished basement, large living room with a TV. The only issue was a septic smell in the bathrooms. I am sure the owner will get it resolved if it doesn’t resolve on its own.

I'm glad you and your group enjoyed the setup! The temporary odor was likely an after-effect of the septic system being freshly pumped right before your arrival, which can sometimes release residual gases. That has completely cleared up but I apologize for any inconvenience it caused during your stay.

The house was roomy and there were plenty of games to play/ darts / pac man -location on a quiet street in the trees- my daughter and husband and their 6 year old had a wonderful visit with many beautiful walks - driving the Kangamangus into Lincoln- ride the gondola

Great house for an extended family and very dog-friendly. Large great room and kitchen for cooking and eating. Large trail network accessible just down the neighborhood street, including a lake and two of North Conway’s best climbing areas. Well maintained and very clean.

We had a wonderful stay! It was in a great location with Cathedral Ledge very close and just minutes to downtown and Storyland. The house was a lot of fun for the adults and kids alike with lots of games onsite. It was also the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. I would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay and great hosts. There was no binder full of check out instructions and it was simple. Take out the trash and put your towels in the tub. No cleaning, no bringing the trash to dump or any of that nonsense. Perfect!

Amazing experience! Dawn is the perfect host. The home was very clean and had everything that you could need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is minutes from the North Conway village for shopping, dining and activities. It is also surrounded by nature for hiking, swimming and outdoor enjoyment. Perfect home for families. This house we in a perfect location! It felt secluded in a quiet neighborhood but close to so many activities like Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge, and all of the fun things in North Conway. The house was exactly as listed, everything was clean, and the perfect space for our friend vacation. Dawn was an exceptional host, extremely responsive and welcoming! We made many great memories!

This was great for our girls trip to the White Mtns. We had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was stocked and little things like ziplock bags - when you need one and dont have one! - it was a plus! The rooms were big enough for us to all spread out and the kitchen table was a great central hang out spot for our meals and playing cards. And EVERYTHING we wanted to do was about 5 mins or less away from the house. Except for White Mtns, but that we knew already and expected to drive a little!Would recommend to others who want a great small town vibe with beautiful day trips in close proximity. Thanks!

We used to rent out a ski condo, so I was especially impressed with how well this property was staged. They had contingencies for anything that could have popped up. Super fun family place close to everything.

We had a great time in this house! Spent the week and had all we needed. The air hockey and pac man were a hit for the teens and adults. We had everything to cook meals on some nights instead of eating out the entire time. Beds were very comfortable! House is very clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend!
