I honestly don’t know whether to keep this place a secret or shout it from the rooftops because our stay was that incredible!In all the years we’ve been vacationing, I can confidently say I’ve never stayed in a more comfortable rental. Every little detail was thoughtfully planned. Things that most rentals overlook like hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, and other everyday essentials were already there, which made such a difference after a long day of traveling. We also loved having access to pool floats, pool toys, boogie boards, a cooler, and beach chairs. Not having to make an immediate trip to the store made our vacation so much more relaxing.The thoughtful surprises for our dogs were the icing on the cake and showed just how much the owners care about their guests. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, and the blackout curtains in the master bedroom were perfect for sleeping in or enjoying an afternoon nap. Every accommodation fit our family’s needs perfectly, and it truly felt like a home away from home.This property has set a new standard for us, and we’ll absolutely be back. If you’re looking for a place where every detail has been considered, this is it. Highly, highly recommend!

House was exactly as pictured. Spacious, clean, smelled great, plenty of towels, comfy beds, kitchen had the necessary accessories. The pool was fantastic, and plenty of pool and beach toys available, including chairs which was great. Check-in was a breeze. I’d been to NMB many times before so was familiar with the area and had no issues with the rental so didn’t need assistance from Tim, the host, but he’d been very responsive to my questions prior to our visit & offered help if anything was needed.

The experience was absolutely amazing! Extremely clean and neat, bathroom upgrades were awesome too! Tim, the host was easy to reach and responded quickly. Plenty of parking for everyone and great location to the North Myrtle Beach activities! In addition, the love for pets was obvious when we entered. What an amazing surprise! Very impressed with property, property manager and owner! Loved having the pool and the property was very clean! In addition, we have never stayed at a property that had such a high level of ambiance upon arrival and attention to detail with snacks for us along with all the extras for our little fur baby! Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The house was exactly as what was advertised - the pool is larger than it looks in the pictures - it was the perfect size. The beds and couches were all comfortable. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the appliances were nicer than any rental we have ever stayed in. The outdoor spaces were great for relaxing at anytime in the day. The pool gets some partial shade cover in the afternoon so you get a break from the sun which is nice. The rental was dog friendly, but you would never know that because the place was immaculately clean when we arrived. The location was perfect - just a couple of blocks to the beach and was easy to take the golf cart to the public access lots. Several great dining options within walking distance for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Communication with the owner was amazing - the owner was very quick to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. We decided to book again for next year within the first two days of our vacation.

We had an great stay at this house! The fenced in pool was amazing. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed, including lots of treats for us and our pup. Welcoming home and perfect for families. The host was very responsive and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved having the use of the golf cart with the beach just down the street. We would absolutely come back to stay at this property!

You’ll love it!

My family and I had an awesome time! The house was comfortable, plenty spacious for the 8 of us, and meticulously clean, on a quiet residential street just a few blocks from the beach. The pool and outdoor seating area were perfect and cruising to the beach in the golf cart was a highlight for the kids! It was so hard to leave! It’s truly a hidden gem and Tim is an excellent host! His attention to detail is awesome, from the snacks that greeted us to the special treats, blanket and toy for our dog We will be back!

Making Memories with our family!!

We had an amazing week at this beautiful house. When we first walked in we were impressed how clean it was. Everything was there that we needed. The fenced in pool was amazing. Our two little grandchildren loved it as did my son, daughter-in-law and husband. It was nice having pool towels available. The living room area is spacious. We never felt crowded. We rented the golf cart. An added bonus is they have a sticker so you don't have to pay to park the cart. Tim, the property manager was very responsive throughout the week of we needed anything. Thanks Tim for everything. We definitely would recommend this house.

A little piece of paradise

I can’t say enough about our stay, from the moment we walked into the house and found dog toys, a bed, treats and even a blanket with our dogs name embroidered on it to snacks on the table for us humans. The pool was absolutely beautiful and perfect and so close to the beach too. Close to shops and restaurants that were easily accessible by the golf cart or just to walk to as well. Tim was there to answer any questions I had and responded immediately. I highly recommend staying here for a beautiful relaxing vacation!!

I can’t say enough about this property! It was exactly as the listing stated and Tim was wonderful!!! He answered all my questions and gave recommendations for our pups. OMG! You have to stay here. Clean, nice neighborhood, perfect for families. Short walk to the beach, everything you need! Amazing pool! The hosts Cant say enough about yard folks...we will be back!were amazing and even provided for our family dog so that he was comfy too!

In 10+ years of using VRBO/etc, best experience I have had

Best experience I have had using VRBO/etc. The host was so conscientious and thoughtful. The property: When my family arrived, everything thing was turned on and ready for us (Pool lights and jets, house lights, etc). The host is obviously obsessive about detail and experience, and really has thought of all the amenities. The house isn't just built, but everything is new or well thought out. Game room for the kids, Work area with extra monitor. Snacks for us when we arrive. What really blew me away, he had messed and asked for my dogs name prior to arrival. When I got there, she had a Blanket monogrammed with her name, new toys and treats in package, and a bowl with a bottle of water in it, and a dog bed! (He washes the couch covers after each visit of a pet). The house was amazing. The host was so extremely thoughtful and checked on us after arrival and wished us well on leaving. It is obvious he cares about experience. I am not overstating it when I said it is the best experience I've had when using VBRO and other services. Great value and experience and will gladly stay again!
