Great house great vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week stay. The house was very clean and well stocked. We were very comfortable. We spent our breakfasts on the screened in front porch and our evening in the beautiful backyard. The putting green was fun and the pool was great. Also played some ping pong and fussball. The only issue was the backyard outdoor lights were not working. So the pool was dark. We noticed the lights were on during the day and off at night. We called and it was fixed in 2 days. We were able to enjoy the backyard and pool into the night. We would definitely love to return.

Wonderful Family House!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the perfect house for a family - comfortable with tons of spaces to spread out. House was very clean and convenient walk to beach. Read the details of what they share prior to arrival closely. The house is fully stocked in the kitchen but there are no bedding and towel extra items - exactly the number of towels, sheets, pillows, and blankets required but no extras. Also, the European bedding approach with no top sheet and a duvet without a full duvet cover is not ideal. The Island Realty team was extremely responsive.

Great little beach house! The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals if you choose to do so. Lots of good restaurants nearby also. Enjoyed being able to bring along our furry family member. The fenced yard is great for pets and kids. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We loved our visit and will definitely be back.

Fall Break @ The Beach

Very nice property. Well thought out and organized. House worked well for our small group. The beach cart is amazing. Excellent location. My two issues would be the size of the pool (small) and if it were me I would remove the awning around the house in order to let more natural light in. I am not an architect but I once stayed at a Holiday Inn Express…

Great Pet Friendly Home with a Pool

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. The home was nicely furnished and in a great location. We were looking for pet friendly with a pool, since we had a little one and wanted something to do during nap times. This fit the bill. The ping pong table was an added plus. Several beach chairs and a nice cart to carry them on along with a wagon. Only downside is the beach itself. We haven't been to Isle of Palms in years. You now have to be mindful of the tides, as there is literally no beach at high tide. Beach access 4 worked with the wagon, but Beach access 3 was not functional.

Best house yet!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was spectacular! The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was clean and the outdoor shower was perfect with only having two bathrooms. Because we brought our dog I ran my roomba every day so I think the floors were spotless for the next guest. We will definitely consider renting this house again. I would like for Island realty to offer higher quality towels. The current towels are not up to par.
