There were several things I really liked about this property. I had been concerned about having to park on the street, but there was ample parking right in front of the house, under big shady trees, on a safe low-traffic street. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful - historic Lincoln Park. The house was exceptionally clean. It had everything I needed in the kitchen, and the ice-maker in the refrigerator more than kept up despite the very hot weather. The host was very responsive to my questions, getting back to me almost immediately. There was a lot of info sent via VRBO messaging, so much so that I got a bit overwhelmed and confused at times. Perhaps providing a notebook at the house with some of that info would reduce what has to be sent via messages. Although it won't matter to most people, the WiFi was described as being 250 Mbps in the listing, but the best I got on my phone or laptop (based on Ookla speed tests) was about 95 Mbps. I would suggest that the real mattresses be purchased for the beds. They consisted of a boxspring with a 4" memory foam mattress topper, but no actual mattress. That wasn't terrible, but was very soft with no support. Overall, it was a peaceful, well-located stay during my visit to Grand Junction.
