Linens were clean, plenty of towels and utensils to eat and cook with. Very amenable and building employees/maintenance very kind and courteous. Owner is very communicative and professional.

Regarding the leaky AC unit which is all fixed now. Unfortunately, the tenant did not communicate this to us and we would have had it fixed immediately. In our communication we let the tenant know to call us if any issues and we did not receive any calls. We are all about communication so the tenant has a great experience. We are just a phone call and text away from anyone having a great time.

great location walking distance from downtown Wakiki, and the beach, and Ala Moana shopping center. Love the microfiber beach towels for not bringing back most of the beach. Host was very up front about the lack of parking, the price to park a car wasn't ideal (45/day) but such is life.

I thought that a 2 bedroom listing meant a 1 bed and the living space was considered a room, but I was wrong and happy to be. it was very spacious, and had everything we forgot to bring. It has its rustic quality on the outside, but the room was excellent. We were very well rested and comfortable the entire 10 day stay. My kids and I got burned on day 1, because we didn't listen and underestimated the weather. but there was aloe in the closet. Who does that? it was the best stay I've had anywhere.

Dan our host communicated throughout our 10 day stay and offered to fix anything that needed attention/was broken. He was friendly and helpful and the place was in a good location to walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, tattoo shops etc.

Wir haben im Waikīkī Condo im 10. Stock übernachtet. Der größte Pluspunkt ist definitiv die zentrale Lage – Strände, Restaurants, Shops und vieles mehr sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und die Wohnung war grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Besonders praktisch waren die vielen Küchenutensilien sowie die vorhandenen Strandaccessoires wie Stühle und Sonnenschutz.Leider gab es auch einige deutliche Nachteile. In der Wohnung, besonders im Schlafzimmer neben dem Bad, hing dauerhaft ein starker Essensgeruch, der trotz ständigem Lüften nicht verschwand. Die Lüftung im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht. Außerdem waren die Böden klebrig, sodass man kaum barfuß laufen wollte, weil die Füße sofort schmutzig wurden.Auch die Sauberkeit insgesamt überzeugte uns nicht. Küchenoberflächen und benutzte Gegenstände haben wir vorsichtshalber selbst gereinigt. Die Handtücher rochen muffig und mussten ebenfalls erst gewaschen werden. Besonders unangenehm war, dass wir während unseres Aufenthalts drei Kakerlaken in der Küche entdeckt haben.Hinzu kam der hohe Lärmpegel durch die direkte Lage an der Hauptstraße. Die alten Fenster schließen schlecht, weshalb es auch nachts sehr laut bleibt. Für vier Erwachsene war die Wohnung bereits recht eng, obwohl sie für bis zu sechs Personen angeboten wird.Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt okay und die Lage ein großer Pluspunkt. Trotzdem würden wir bei einer weiteren Reise nach Oʻahu eher eine andere Unterkunft wählen.

Der Erholungsfaktor in dieser Unterkunft ist gleich null. Zum einen, es gibt keine Fenster die zu schließen sind ( diese Fenster haben ein Fliegengitter und Lamellen die man öffnen oder schließen kann) also hört man den Strassenlärm, den Lärm aller Klimaanlagen dieses und der angrenzenden Gebäude.Hinzu kamen noch die Kakalaken in allen Räumen.Strand , Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren fussläufig zu erreichen.Küche war gut mit Geschirr und was man sonst so braucht, gut ausgestattet.

We appreciate hearing about our property. Waikiki is a metropolitan city, prior renters have commented on the noise but understood due to the great location. Regarding the pest noted, there is an ongoing service throughout the building and our unit. Our cleaners afterwards were not able to find any hint of pests and prior and after renters did not comment of any. We offered to have a pest company but no response. With all this we are not sure why we received this rating as compared to our normal high rating.

The apartment was great, airflow through the apartment meant we didn't need to use the HVAC system (April) and was at the quieter end of Waikiki - helps if you want to sleep. The apartment met the description and photos in the advertisement. It was walking distance to the beach, canal, grocery stores, bakeries, buses, restaurants, food trucks, the Ala Moana mall, and collection points for tours. It was good to have a laundry room a few steps away from the door, which was easy to access and use (helpful to have a credit card or one attached to your mobile phone to operate the laundry and dryer - it is inexpensive). The host is lovely to deal with, responsive, accommodating, and provides clear instructions about how to access the property. He also provided great advice about local spots, good grocery stores, and vehicle rentals.

Rooms were clean. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner. There were some cockroaches in the property, though we tried keeping the property as clean as possible. Maybe the island weather! Apart from that, the property is close to all the happening stuff, food trucks, waikiki downtown and beaches. Also, the host left some beach utilities on the property whichbis hood for someone wanting them.

The property was exactly as advertised. We appreciated the recent renovations, with comfortable beds and well stocked with towels and necessities. We even cooked one full dinner with the well supplied kitchen. Central location was great for visiting kiddo studying at UHM, and the street noise was generally fine 10:00pm to 6:00.Recommended.

While the location was convenient, as described, there were numerous other things which did not meet expectations. I read many reviews which commented on the cleanliness of the condo. Upon our arrival there was dirt, hair, paper and more on the floor under the bed, the trash can foot pedal was broken, there was a heavy layer of dirt on the windows and there was a stale odor in the bathroom. In addition, it was extremely inconvenient that there was no secondary furniture in the street side bedroom or any convenient place to store belongings during the stay.

Tenant never called nor communicated with me, the host regarding any of these things. There is furniture and a closet in the bedroom. There are no reviews regarding the cleanliness of the condo be inadequate. We have used the same cleaners for quite a long time, they are professional and take care of the location like their own. Confusing review that hurts as we work very hard on taking care of the Condo and making sure the cleaners are on top of their game. This review has been shared with the cleaners.

I loved staying in the middle of Waikiki. Location gives you the opportunity to walk to many different places. Our host responded immediately if we needed anything. Just a little bit loud at night while trying to sleep because of being in the city.

The beds really stuck out--they had notably comfortable memory-foam queen mattresses.Good view of the Ala Wai canal and some of the nearby skyscrapers--we mostly ate breakfast on the balcony. Along an urban canyon corridor, with louvered windows so probably not great for folks with noise sensitivity. Location was highly walkable: food trucks about a block away, 5-10 minute walk to a serviceable local grocery store (less to several ABC stores). 15 minute walk to the nearest beach for swimming; snorkeling needed a bus or car ride to get to in a reasonable amount of time. Kitchen was serviceable for a few meals, not a gourmet setup, but that wasn't expected at the price point :) Laundry was credit card-operated at 3 per load for the washer and similar for the dryer and outside the apartment. We'll probably stay here again.

I stayed at the condo with my mother and my children. The walk to the beach was not too far. Having the food trucks near by was also nice. We didn’t spend too much time in the condo. Pretty much just to sleep and shower but it was perfect for us. We did want to cook at the condo more but there were little ants or something in the kitchen so we just ate out. The balcony door didn’t lock so keep littles away.

Surprised how cool the condo stayed even in late summer. 7/11 is 50 steps away which was great. Only downside which they do mention is no easy parking. The garage we frequented was 45 per day which does add up. Great value for the area and we enjoyed our trip.
