Frankfort is a quiet, clean and cozy town. So nice to be able to walk from the house to shops and restaurants. What a clean and beautifully decorated, darling little house! It was a perfect place for three girl friends to enjoy a relaxing get-away.

Family Vacation

We absolutely loved staying here. It was an amazing location that was close to town and the beach. The house was spotless and was the perfect size for 4 adults. The kitchen was well stocked as I like to cook. The big yard allowed for the dog to run around. I would definitely reccomend this house. Thanks for the hospitality.

The location is fantastic—very walkable to downtown Frankfort—and the beds and mattresses were extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall condition of some of the linens did not meet our expectations. When we arrived, there were large clumps of white dog hair throughout the house (our dog is a dark-brown, non-shedding Havanese), staining on the pillows and blankets, mold/mildew spots in the shower grout, and musty odors underneath the kitchen and bathroom sinks. The towels were old, thin, and stained, and the bedspreads were noticeably low quality. There were also very few cleaning supplies available.We are very respectful pet owners and always leave rental properties clean, so the prominent reminder about cleaning up after pets felt a little frustrating given the amount of pet hair already present when we arrived.Overall, we loved the location and the beds were very comfortable, but the property would benefit greatly from a more thorough cleaning between guests and an update to the towels, pillows, and bedding.

We have stayed here as a family of four multiple times and it is consistently clean and looks as presented in the photos on Vrbo. Great location walkable to the beach and to several restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay. This house was cute, clean, nicely decorated and had great amenities. Quiet little neighborhood and we enjoyed grilling and eating on the deck off the kitchen. We highly recommend this little gem!

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our late winter weekend away at Beach town Escape! Everything was very clean and nicely decorated and renovated. Comfy beds, great location walking distance to downtown, and well appointed with everything you need! Would definitely stay again!

This adorable and cozy little house was perfect for our family over the holidays. The hosts were very responsive and provided all the information we needed for smooth check in and check out.It was wonderful in winter months, and I’m sure it’s even more charming is the warmer months for the beach and fire pit!

Cutest little house ever. Very nice to a have a full kitchen and laundry. Shower was excellent. Sleeping was phenomenal- comfortable, clean beds and so quiet. Storm Cloud brewery is only blocks away and it’s the best with amazing food and the craftiest of beers. Absolutely wonderful!

Very clean. Easy communication with the host. Location was very convenient for getting around. We were visiting to see the color in the fall. Very easy to head North, East, or South to see other areas. Close to town for dining or watching sunsets or visiting the beach.

Frankfort is a great town; close to the National Park, many bike trails, nature very close at hand and yet still many shops and restaurants in the area. This location was all that we needed for a great week. Very tidy place.
