We love this area and have stayed at this location multiple times. The second floor is great for ocean views and not a hassle for getting all your beach or pool gear up and down from the room. We love it!

Great place to stay. Was pretty clean. Great location if you have a boat. Only minor complaint was the mold/mildew smell from the master shower. There’s no ventilation in the bathrooms. Other than that we’d come back and stay again!

Thank you for being our guests and your comments. We hope you can come again! We had a deep cleaning in both bathrooms, including walls, which we do frequently due to Florida humidity, especially summer humidity. I am sorry that you experienced less than optimal. We will always send cleaners back if there are ever issues. Squeegees are provided in baths for showers as we encourage using them in baths to cut moisture which is always high in Florida. We also have a dehumidifier for the main living area to cut down humidity. FYI for all guests— all bathrooms do have circulation vents—they run very quietly and continuously through all condos straight to the roof— no switch is in baths because the vent flow is master controlled for the building and always flows. (In shower/water closet rooms—One vent is circulation; the second vent is HVAC.) We think you will find our condo very fresh. Please always reach out to us if there is a way we can make things better during your stay.

Wonderful accommodations and comfortable beds! Nice that it is located on 2nd floor and access to beach walk is good. Fluffy towels and good water flow in showers. Would definitely choose this particular condo again!

We had a great stay at this condo in Perdido Key and would definitely consider staying here again. The location is excellent, with beautiful white-sand beaches that never felt overcrowded and several great restaurants just a short drive away. We also enjoyed the pools, easy beach access, and the relaxing atmosphere.The condo itself could have been cleaner. We found sand on the balcony, dirt and debris under the master bed, and one of the kitchen utensil drawer trays contained sand and hair. The fitted sheet on the master bed did not fit properly and repeatedly came loose during the night, making it less comfortable to sleep.Overall we really enjoyed the unit and our vacation.

We are glad, as you said, that you had a "great stay!" FUTURE GUESTS: please let us know if something is not clean as our housekeepers do great work and are very dedicated, conscientious and loyal as you can see from our multiple reviews. But they are human and will fix anything accidentally overlooked.. (There is a small broom for a 1-minute sweep if needed as sand does blow from the beach which is feet in front of it.) The master bedroom has a great new deep mattress, with new deep-sized fitted sheets. We are unsure why this guest had bad sheet experiences as the sheets have been fine with us and other guests--but we will monitor.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The unit was very clean, well maintained, and felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed, making meals easy and enjoyable.The location couldn’t have been better—right on the beach with stunning views and easy access to the water. We loved being able to relax on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful scenery each day.The condo was comfortable, welcoming, and had all the amenities we could ask for. Everything was thoughtfully provided, which made our vacation completely stress-free.We had a fantastic time and created so many great memories here. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect location for my mom and me. We wanted easy access to the beach, but this was so much more! Kelly was the perfect host and was always responsive and helpful. We loved the condo. The decor is pretty, the beds were very comfortable, and you really can't beat the view! We definitely want to come back!

Absolutely beautiful views! And being on the 2nd floor with small children was very helpful. The condo was very well decorated and comfortable. There were only two very minor maintenance issues that I've already shared w/the owner, but all in all, it was an amazing stay. We're local to the area and will definitely book again here this summer when family comes down again. Kelly is a gem of an owner! ;)

We had a wonderful time on our last minute spring break trip! We will be back. The kids room had empty beer bottles & entergy drink cans under the bed. But other than that it was very clean!

Everything was just as listed. A huge plus was how comfy the king bed was. You melt into it. The pools are nice, the view, amd easy access to everything. Another huge plus was how stocked the kitchen is with things such as dishes, etc.

Great spot and a quiet beach! This condo definitely is a perfect view of the Gulf and we very much enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked as it should. The only thing I would add to this listing is that the condo does not have beach/pool towels (and they ask that the bath towels not be taken outside the unit.)The pictures show chairs and umbrellas on the beach but those are provided for a rental fee so if you don’t want to pay a daily fee for a chair, you should bring your own. Personal tents/umbrellas and chairs are allowed and it would have been nice to know these things in the listing before we went. You should bring any and all beach supplies, towels, toys, etc. that you might want at the beach, as the condo has none of that. Perdido Key was nice and not over-commercialized. Had a nice visit at the museum at NAS. Overall, we would recommend the condo and I would go back!

Great stay, everything we needed!

Our stay was great! This unit had everything that we needed. We stayed here and brought our boat with us and used the boat slips on the river. Kelly was great to communicate with and was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
