REGULATION 2020/21 (UPDATED)
1. Social distancing measures in common spaces: everyone is asked to respect the minimum distance when gathering with other people in the common spaces of our condominium, meaning beach, pergola of the court or in the garbage collection shed. Attached is an instruction on the recommended distances between people when sunbathing on the beach.

2. Two gel alcohol dispensers were installed in places where the largest number of people could gather at any given time of the day, without being able to meet the recommended minimum distance, these are the garbage collection booth and the caregiver's office. They are asked to give rational use to alcohol gel by each of those they are going to use.

3. Children's games will be available, requesting to be responsible and appealing to the self-care of the people who make use of them.

4. In the beach sector there will be a lifeline (device) attached to a rope for the purpose of being thrown into the water from the beach in case any bather requires help or assistance

5. They are reminded of the proper use of the garbage dump, separating ordinary waste from recyclable waste in the corresponding garbage dumps. Do not forget TO WASH and CRUSH recyclable waste before dispensing, to reduce the volume they occupy and avoid carrying bad odours and attracting flies and rodents. The garbage truck passes twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday), so it is recommended not to accumulate garbage in your homes or, failing that, those who are from the region, take your largest volume of waste back to your homes when you leave. It is FORBIDDEN to throw construction material or industrial waste in the garbage dumps of the condominium.

6. Comply with the established speed limits (20km/h), especially in the summer season where there is a greater flow of people and children circulating.

7. Keep condominium entrances closed to protect our safety.

8. Pets should not be loose and collecting and removing their stools from common areas is required.

9. Please inform the tenants who will occupy their homes of the regulations on the use of common spaces, good living conditions and movement through the condominium.

10. Do not emit annoying noises, being understood as the intensity or volume that can alter the rest or vacation routine of adjacent plots.

REGULATION CONDOMINIUM BAHIA HUILLIN
1.- Circulate at a speed of no more than 20 km per hour preferably use the vehicles as little as possible, remember that we will have many children playing and they do not see the danger.
2.- Keep pets (dogs) responsibly on their plot and do not take them to the beach or other common places without their leash and collecting faeces.
3.- When entering the condominium, wait for the door to close. Under no circumstances leave it open.
4.- Do not deposit debris in the garbage area and leave the bags inside the containers. If there is recyclable material it is suggested to deposit it in the places indicated at the entrance of the enclosure
5.- If construction and/or maintenance work is carried out, do not make annoying noises before 10 am or on Saturday and Sunday.
6.- Respecting each property is not to circulate on the property of others.
7.- Do not leave trash or cigarette butts on the ground, especially on the beach.
8.- In case of power outages, make reasonable use of the water, especially suspend the irrigation of gardens. The cuts are never for too long.
9.- Use boats responsibly so as not to cause accidents mainly motor boats and these are not used for any reason in the beach sector with people in the water.
10.- It is strongly requested that if there are properties that are not occupied by their owners (Lease, friends or family) disclose these rules.
As a basic recommendation, if you are absent from the condominium take care not to leave valuables in sight and leave doors and windows tightly closed and fire (grills) well extinguished.
