Sweet spot in a perfect location

Industrial Chic was perfect for a girls getaway with my daughters. We enjoyed downtown Decatur from this perfect location. The space was excellent and the beds were comfortable. We would gladly stay here again.

This is a lovely apartment located in the perfect spot. Big comfy beds, super clean and everything you need. Pay attention to the check in instructions, we were a bit confused but I feel like it was us!! Host called me instantly to help us. Pool and outdoor facilities were fabulous as was the club house. Everything was clean and well managed. We had a great stay lots to do and see and eat. All easily walkable.

Shante was super helpful and made our stay a pleasant one. The venue itself was nice and worked well for our needs. There was a little miscommunication regarding check-in, and the door on our floor wasn’t working, which was an inconvenience. However, that was not the host’s fault. Overall, we had a nice stay and appreciated Shante’s help and hospitality!

Had to contact host for the garage key fob and door was so rude I just disconnected. After a 7 hour drive I was not about to deal with it. FINALLY found the location then walked a mile to the room was not convenient at all!Stains in carpet hait left in drawers wasn't the cleanest for the attitude given. Was decent but cheaply decorated. Worked for the 2 nights we stayed but definitely should had choose downtown, was also cheaper. The pool my son and I went, took us about 30mins to locate how to get out then everyone from the apartment community was looking out the blinds was just awkward. Definitely wont be back due to the response.

We have stayed at about 10 rental apartments in the Decatur / Emory area over the past ten years. This apartment is my favorite. The beds are very comfortable, the location is great, and the kitchen is better supplied than any other rental we’ve stayed in. We will book this one again!

Great place!

We loved staying in this unit! There were four of us total and we were going to brew at the zoo at zoo Atlanta! We had a great time the night before as we discovered downtown Decatur as many things are very walkable from this location. We loved having two king bedrooms. Nice open spaces and a great little patio to overlook everything. The owners were very easy to get in touch with if you needed to. I highly recommend!

A really good apartment

We had a fabulous long weekend in Atlanta celebrating Mother’s Day and our son’s graduation from Emory. This two-bedroom in Decatur was the perfect home base. It is so refreshing to walk into an apartment that feels instantly comfortable, looks exactly like the photos, and is fully equipped with everything you need. The check-in process was seamless, and the lack of stairs between the garage and the unit made logistics a breeze. Honestly, the host’s instructions are the best we’ve ever see ; clear and incredibly helpful. The beds were comfortable with soft pillows, and there was plenty of hanging space for our formal wear. The kitchen had every utility we needed, and having a local store just a block away for essentials (and wine!) was a huge plus. Despite being in the city, the area is remarkably quiet; we hardly heard any traffic or sirens. We also enjoyed lounging by the pool on a warm afternoon—a perfect way to relax. With great eateries, a CVS, and local shops all within a 10-minute walk, the location is unbeatable. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient Location, Nice Apartment

Spent several nights here. Very happy that the rate includes parking, but this location is so centrally located, you really don't need a car to get to dining and entertainment. Spacious and well-appointed, and very clean. Would stay again.

Property was found as shown in listing, however lack of cleanliness was extremely disappointing. Bathrooms had to be cleaned before use - and dirty shower liners were replaced by owners on Day 2. Decor theme throughout looks very nice but all of it needs to be cleaned. Dirty dishes were found in cabinets and wooden cooking utensils were in such bad shape that I wouldn't use to cook anyone's food.

Loved everything!

The apartment is industrial chic design just as pictures show. Much detail was given to make one feel as though you are in a very luxurious hotel, with extra items in the bath and plenty of coffee in the kitchen! The apartment was spotless as well. You are provided with a key fob/pass for entry to parking as well as the building, and a code for apartment entry. Both Jordan and Shante responded immediately to any requests and are definitely on top of their game. I would definitely stay here again as it is quite convenient to many areas in Atlanta.

Lives up to its 5-star reviews

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's in an excellent and safe location that's right in thriving Downtown Decatur. Instructions for checking in were clear and easy to follow. The apartment had everything we needed (coffee pods, laundry pods, shampoo, etc.) and it's really nicely decorated. It feels both cozy and posh. All of the furniture and amenities were in perfect shape - even things like the shower curtains were clean. And the beds are so comfortable! The Industrial Chic apartment definitely lives up to its 5-star rating.

This property by far was one of the most accurate and best stays that I have ever had on VRBO. The online images were 100% representative of the actual property. Not only was the property in tip top shape, the amenities provided by the owners (e.g. towels, linens. toiletries) were perfect.

The unit was immaculate and had all the amenities you'll need for a quick getaway. My sons felt at home and didn't want to leave. The apartments are very quiet and peaceful. We had the entire rooftop lounge, gym and pool to ourselves doing our stay. Our host was very polite and promtly anwsered all of my text regarding our stay. She even sent friendly reminders about checkout times and list of things to do as well as places to eat in the area. I can't wait to visit ATL again and stay in the Industrial Chic apartment.

Clean, comfortable and quiet

This is a very nice and spacious 2 bedroom unit in a great location. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance. The property was very clean and quiet. The washer and dryer were nice and there is a pool on site. There is ample parking in the garage. Communication and responsiveness from management were excellent.
