Everything matched what was presented online, it was beautiful, easy to get in and out, everything supplied to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable with plenty to do and stocked for any variation of trip it might be. Would recommend to any couple or family, will be staying there again.

A absolute slice of peace and tranquility. It was a perfect spot to relax but also close enough to touristy spots to go out too. Pete and Cathy were excellent hosts, (fresh baked homemade cookies?! Amazing!) and the kitchen is beyond well appointed. Couldn't think of a basic they hadn't covered. A wonderful property for a much needed break.

Simply incredible. We had the most relaxing few days listening to the waterfall outside our window. It was August so I assume it even more impressive in spring and fall.It was like we had a park all to ourselves. Long hiking trail on property that has a tremendous variety of things to see and is well marked and maintained.Every time we thought of something we needed, we found it. Keurig with three types of pods and creamer. S'mores supplies including pre cut dry wood and starters right by the fire pit. Pancake mix and syrup.Lots of welcome snacks perfect for taking on a hike. Perfect sized cabin for two or a small family. Comfortable ac. Everything was clean. Plenty of towels. Even extra toothpaste and razors if you forgot yours.Hundreds of DVDs provided, subscriptions to multiple streaming services on huge TV in front of comfy couch.The owner even let me plug our EV trickle charger into an extension cord he put out for us to get a few extra miles. Book today before someone else does!

The photos didn't do justice for the beauty of the property. All the details were well thought out and done with excellence: Cookies, snacks, wine, S'more supplies, a fully stocked kitchen, with spices and even with pancake mix. The waterfalls on the property are right next to the cottage, with lots of spots to sit and enjoy the sight, sound and beauty of them. We highly recommend this for people wanting to enjoy nature during their stay.

We stayed here for Memorial Day long weekend and had such a relaxing time. The private waterfall was easily the best part of the property - the sound of the waterfall in the background made everything feel so peaceful and soothing. All amenities were provided by the host including home made cookies, smores kit, pancake mix and many more.The location was great too. It felt like the perfect little escape from our usual 9-5 routine, and there were plenty of great hikes within about 45 minutes to an hour, both around the Adirondacks and over in Vermont.Overall, it was a really nice place to slow down, enjoy nature, and recharge for a few days. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to hike the ADKs or just unwind.

What a special place! The cottage was perfect and the setting is amazing. My mom lives a few miles away and was amazed that a place this beautiful could be just down the road. The cottage was very clean and had many amenities. Loved this place and recommend it to anyone. The only drawback for us was the extreme cold not allowing us to enjoy the outdoors. We would have loved to sit outside to enjoy the falls more.

Little Falls Cottage was the exact winter getaway we needed from Florida. A halfway frozen waterfall with cozy amenities and plenty of board games and snacks to hold us ober, it was well worth our time. Highly recommend for those wanting to reconnect with the natural world while enjoying a serenve environment and lovely cottage living.

What an amazing, adorable little cottage. They have thought of everything!! From the kind notes left, snacks, TV, Wifi, cute living room, a kitchen that has everything , a large bathroom and the water pressure!! The entire cottage was so incredibly clean, refreshing and so sweetly private. The outdoos traiks, ponds, waterfall and bridge were perfect for pre-wedding photos too. This lovely sweet place will not disappoint, and the owners followup was perfect. I will stay again when back in this area for sure.

Wow! We were only here for two nights and wish we could have stayed for the week. This was the perfect getaway for our little family to celebrate personal milestones. We were greeted with a care package full of yummy treats and immediately fell in love with the peace of nature all around. We took advantage of one of the trails one morning and loved exploring. We are already talking about going back another time. Kitchen has everything you need, shower was amazing and beds comfy.Thank you Pete and Cathy for making the cottage so cozy and inviting. We loved all of the decor and details too!

Storybook!

Words cannot even describe how beauty this little cottage is. It feels like you are sitting in the center of a storybook. The property owners were wonderful and very helpful through the whole stay. Our family enjoyed all the goodies that were left. The property was clean and well equipped with all the things we needed to have meals together through the stay which was super helpful. So much outdoor space available for use and exploring. Thank you all for such an amazing stay and wonderful memories!

A Perfect Escape

My stay at Little Falls Cottage in the Adirondack mountains was absolutely perfect. The cottage itself is charming and cozy, providing the ideal balance of comfort and rustic charm. The surrounding grounds are meticulously maintained, featuring marked trails that are great for a peaceful walk or a hike through nature. There’s a picturesque pond and several lovely seating areas where you can relax and take in the beauty of the outdoors. The location is fantastic—close to Lake George and not far from the Vermont border, making it easy to explore both areas during your stay. One of the highlights was the lightly babbling stream and waterfall, which added a soothing ambiance to the experience. The sights and sounds of nature made this stay an unforgettable retreat. I highly recommend Little Falls Cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by natural beauty.

Perfect, Relaxing Getaway

Little Falls Cottage was the perfect getaway from busy city life. The cottage is so sweet and cozy and we were greeted with a snack basket and freshly baked scones that were DELICIOUS. We got to explore some of the trails around the property and just enjoy the pond. Sadly, the waterfall wasn't flowing, but that's nothing a human can control. I would definitely like to stay here again!

Relaxing Secluded Getaway

We really enjoyed our time at the Little Falls Cottage. Listening to the sounds of the babbling brook right outside was very peaceful, and we had a lot of fun exploring the hiking trails on the property. The cottage was very cozy and had everything the two of us needed. The hosts were also very responsive and accommodating. We hope to be back!
