Thank you. What was the black stuff that was on the patio rugs, in 25 spots, oven& 3 rugs inside? There were also red stains on the sheets & comforter on one of the beds in the front bedroom. Unable to get it out after trying multiple products and 3days off & on. Food and items were left in the freezer which is had to pay extra for to cleaner to remove. Frying pan burned & put in the dishwasher (teflon). Several dirty dishes left on the counter top. Towels-5 stained towels. White towels used to remove things that stained, despite there being 4 unused colored towels. I know there were 3-4 other condos used by your group but you were responsible for this one.

There were no bar stools described or in pictures nor will thrre ever be ss peopje prefer a table with 4 chairs inside and 8 chairs/2tables putside. The chairs have Removable arms and can recline flat-and brand new and not cheap. If ypu would have let me know aboutvthe sraglass offbthe mirtor and messy Cushions on the balcony I wpukd have had cleaner Return -immediately. I have a New cleaner and Glass repair person. Better 2weeks After you left, than never! Thank you

The oroperty is slmost compketed with new renovations. 1.5 million dollars already Spent On complete Renovation of pools and hottubs and resort area.

Thank you for your review. Please read the description of the property. It clearly states that there is parking for a fee and later it describes how much, it also describes bath towels provided and in the info I sent you it tells you that you can ask me & I can provide beach/pool towels as well as info about the washer & dryer being 50 feet away. I also sent you information and asked you to contact me” before, during and /or after your stay if any questions or issues”. I could have told you where the beach towels were etc.. and none of this was ever mentioned to me at any time. You communicated to me that it was a “ lovely “ stay. With the variety of needs for renters, communication between the host and renter is important. I know that I make every attempt to include the correct information and keep communication channels open. And the fitness center is under construction but no one ever mentions this because of the huge pool and only outdoor heated pool on the island, and the wide 21 miles of sidewalk along the beach and other “ cardio” activities in Galveston. Thank you again for your input and I encourage ALL to read information provided and communicate and ask questions if they don’t.

Thanking for staying at our condo. Glad you had a great time! Hope you can come again soon. They have started the remodel on the east side (heated pool). And updates are ongoing ( sand & salt air is vicious) but hopefully will be finished soon and one new elevator ! Cissi

There was an extra charge of $40 I paid the cleaner for excessive dog hair in/on top of the bed(s). Sorry I could not extend your checkout by 2hours as the cleaner needed to clean for next guest.
