Stayed here several times and never disappoints. The views, location, cleanliness are always a 10/10. We love to have coffee on the deck and take in the incredible views. Although we don’t usually cook here, the kitchen is well appointed and ready for family dinners. We love to eat at the local treasures including Moonstone Grill, Larrupin and of course the Trinidad Eatery for the best clam chowder. The location is central to amazing hikes in the redwoods and fun at the zoo in eureka.

This was our third stay at The Boat House and it is always a great place to really relax. Check in is simple, the house is very clean with comfortable beds and nice linens. We appreciate the simple, well equipped, comfortable layout and feel right at home. We enjoyed kayaking, hiking, the short walk to town and just enjoying the 180 degree spectacular view while reading or making puzzles. We look forward to returning.

The views are incredible. The house was very clean and everything was exactly as described. It was a great location for us because we easily were able to explore the Redwoods from there. We also had easy access to walk on the beach. We had coffee in the mornings and wine from Napa while looking out at the bay. I highly recommend this home, we felt like home there. Be sure not to miss this beautiful place. Sue

Fantastic setting with lovely views of bay and ocean. Loved sitting out on the large balcony and just soaking in the atmosphere. Easy to walk into town or down to the beach. The house was spotless and welcoming, and the kitchen amenities were impressive. Plenty of towels and quilts/blankets. Was a great place to celebrate both a birthday and an anniversary.

Great Home in probably the best location in Trinidad town. Private quiet with intimate views over the entire harbor. Well appointed kitchen, clean bathrooms and a comfortable bed. Excellent heat ! Highly recommend !!

We loved the spectacular view and location. The cleanliness and comfort made this place feel like home for the stay. It’s a short walk to the downtown area of Trinidad, which was really charming too with a mix of restaurants and a full grocery store. Also close by were walks to the beach and nearby hills on the ocean. It’s an easy and wonderful 30min drive on 101 to Redwood National and State Parks. Kitchen is stocked for everything and the grill was in great shape for cooking. The furniture was also very comfortable. Our family enjoyed our time there very much!

We've stayed at the Boathouse 4 or 5 times now, and it's always a fantastic time. Incredible location and views, everything in Trinidad is walkable. We love the area, and this house is always a big part of that. Couldn't recommend it more.

The very comfortable home was spotless, & we so appreciated the good quality linens, making for a better sleep while not in our own beds! The kitchen also had high-quality pots, tableware, etc. It was located on a quiet street &, of course, the view was fantastic.

We stayed for 5 nights and had some of the best family time ever. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Casey the host was very helpful and great with communication. I would definitely visit again!

The house was very nice, clean and well stocked with the essentials. We love the spectacular views overlooking the bay.My wife and I head to Trinidad often to escape the valley heat and enjoy this cute little town on the coast. The host was easy to contact, we did have a problem with the television service and he did try his best with the cable company to remedy the problem.The only process I wish could be changed is the check in-out times. 10 am. is a bit early to be packed and out and 4 pm. is a little late to check in. The host was very helpful during our check out. Our car had a dead battery and he came over with a battery jump pack to get us going and we really appreciated that. My wife and I would be happy to stay at the Boat House again.
