Beautiful place! I had an amazing trip with my family. Spacious bedrooms and living area. My favorite was the large patio deck where we could visit, drink coffee and lookout at the spectacular view. I will definitely return one day. I highly recommend Michelle and Alan’s penthouse!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was wonderful…impeccably clean and most beautiful view that will make your jaw drop when you walk in! We loved our time spent on the oversized patio! Communication with owner was on point!

We recently returned from a beach vacation in Miramar Beach at one of the best condos we have ever stayed in.  We stayed in a penthouse condo owned by Michelle and Alan and we could not have been happier with the condo.  We have stayed in the Destin area many times over the years and this condo represents the best of the area.  The condo was perfect for us - the master bedroom was separate from the other bedrooms and had it own access to the amazing balcony.  This gave us some quiet space in the evening and early morning.  The balcony was the largest and best equipped we have experienced.  It was covered, so there was shade most of the day and the furniture Michelle and Alan selected were so comfortable, we found ourselves spending a lot of time just relaxing on the balcony.  The furniture in the living area was perfect - everyone had a comfortable place to lounge and most every seat reclined!   With all the condo and complex itself had to offer, the best part was the communication from Michelle.  She was always available and offered suggestions and tips to make our vacation memorable.  She went out of her way to make our stay better, including helping providing access to furniture for our baby granddaughter.  We cannot imagine a better place to unwind and relax at the beach.

The property was as advertised and pictures are accurate. The Condo is located in a gated community and close to plenty of places around town. The views from the condo are amazing. Communication was great, check in was super easy. The beach was great and not overly crowded and the pools were heated. Our group overall really enjoyed our stay in the condo.

We had a very nice stay overall. The condo was clean and well maintained, and the location is excellent. The living room and balcony are both very spacious and can easily accommodate a large group of people. The balcony has a beautiful ocean view, and it’s a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery.The beach is wonderful with very fine white sand and clear blue-green water. There is a designated beach area for the property, and every day staff set up umbrellas and chairs for guests, which was very convenient. (Guests are not allowed to set up their own beach canopy.)The resort itself is very family-friendly. There are three heated swimming pools downstairs with different depths, which worked great for kids. Our child had a fantastic time playing in the pools. The unit also has a dedicated parking space, and you just need to display the parking pass when entering the property.There are also many great restaurants nearby. We especially enjoyed Zen Japanese Restaurant, which was excellent.When we first booked, there was some confusion because the system allowed a shorter stay even though the listing mentioned weekly bookings. However, the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, and after working together with the host and Vrbo everything was resolved smoothly.Overall, although the beginning of the trip required some coordination, the stay itself was wonderful and we had a very enjoyable three-day vacation. We appreciate the host’s help and communicatio

We had a wonderful time. It was a little chilly for most of our stay but we didn’t miss out on watching the beach, water, waves, and sun! The views were spectacular from the living room. It was the perfect place to relax, recharge, and spend time with family. Everything we wanted to do was within a few miles. We will definitely keep it in mind for another trip to Miramar/Destin. Incredible views, floor to ceiling glass, huge balcony. Add to that a fantastic master with views, another king with ensure, and great 3rd bedroom and bath, and this property is fantastic. Great amenities at the property and direct beach access makes this one hard to beat.

The balcony area was fantastic. The kitchen was ok. This is our second year and we bought champagne flutes for the condo. We replaced the wine opener and they only have two steak knives. The Pyrex cookware is excellent. The cookware needs to be replaced.

The Penthouse is fabulous as advertised. Very spacious, well appointed. Very comfortable. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Incredible view. The outdoor patio hang is wonderful. The parking space is great. The beds are comfy. Communcation with the owner is quick. We loved everything about this stay. We look forward to returning.

A beautiful condo with fantastic views. The bathrooms have all been updated and the furniture is very comfortable. The only thing we would suggest is that the Tides facility would heat the pool, however this is not under the control of the owner.

Spacious with Great View

Had a fabulous time! Loved all the light coming in the huge living area and the gorgeous views sunrise to sunset. The spacious balcony was the perfect spot for all of us to wake up in the morning with a cup of coffee. Owner is very responsive. Designated parking spot is a plus. It was a very lovely memorable spot to celebrate our daughter’s engagement on the beach!

The Best Time!

Cannot say enough good things about this stay! It was absolutely beautiful! Everything was as said and picture perfect! The communication when booking was 10/10 and even through our entire stay they made sure we didn't need anything- the access to the beach is right past the pools which was great, not a long hike- and the Chair rentals there don't over crowd you! There was plenty of room for us to sleep more than comfortably, and the porch views and hang out are 10/10! We will for sure be going back!

Clean, great location, and amazing views!

This place was everything we could have hoped for plus more. It was clean and spacious for 8 of us to sleep comfortably. We enjoyed the views from inside with all the windows and of course the balcony was one of our favorite morning and evening spots to hang as a family while enjoying the sounds of the ocean. Location was close to everything we wanted to do as far as dinners, boardwalks, and even Crab Island for a day. Host was beyond accommodating and responded very quickly to any communication. 10/10 recommend!

Breathtaking Beach Escape

My family spent a week at the Tops’l Tides Penthouse in Miramar Beach, and everything was perfect. The pictures are accurate, the penthouse view is gorgeous, and the enormous balcony with comfortable couches and chairs were our favorite spots for morning coffee and evening wine. We loved all of the seating in the den, as well as having a dining and a breakfast table. Definitely perfect for my husband and I to spend time with our family. The overall experience and communications from Michelle were very clear, and checking in and out of the property was a breeze!We definitely want to return soon!
