Beautiful house for group of 10 women

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 10 College friends reunited 33 years later. Great selection of king beds with private bathrooms. Plenty of space, great location, and communicative rental company. Loved the porch swing. Only complaint- 2 parking passes and 2 key fobs for our group of 10 was a bit tricky to manage at times. Unsure how a larger group could do it.

Great house for large family

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying in this property. The only glitch was with the pool alarm. We all got used to how it worked and then a repairman changed it. We could only access it inside.The alarm was very loud and annoying. I hope you all will address this issue. Everything else was wonderful.l

The house was excellent. Very clean and was pretty well stocked. If you are wanting a house with a pool, this is not the house! Fortunately we had read the reviews and knew that the pool was essentially a dipping pool. Perfect for the 2yo! No swimming could take place in this pool. We had no problem with that since it was December. The only real issue we had was parking! The information provided was not accurate and was an issue as we found this out once we arrived with FOUR cars! (the house sleeps 15 so not unusual to have more than 2 cars) The garage parking that we thought we had was actually for the carriage house and the garage is tiny! Only a small car would fit. We were told we could only park two cars on the Rosemary property and that the other cars must be stored off campus at 15 a day and all the info said parking at your own risk! If I am paying for parking I expect there to be some sort of security and not a ton of verbiage that no one is responsible for the safety of your car. We managed the parking but the rental info should be updated to explain the parking up front instead of an email the day before you arrive that is still not clear on the parking situation. After we got over this issue, everything was spectacular and we would rent again . . . with fewer cars!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review. We’re glad to hear you found the home clean, well stocked, and that it worked well for your family. We do want to clarify the parking situation for future guests. The property advertises a single-car garage available to guests, which is designed to accommodate one standard-sized vehicle. This is the full extent of on-site parking that we are able to offer, and it is consistent with Rosemary Beach guidelines and HOA regulations. Any additional vehicles beyond what is advertised do require off-site parking, which is managed separately and subject to their own policies and fees. We understand that larger groups may arrive with multiple vehicles, and while the home does sleep up to 15, parking availability is independent of occupancy and is clearly outlined on our property listing and pre-arrival information. Securing additional parking for extra vehicles is ultimately the guest’s responsibility, and we always recommend planning accordingly before arrival. We appreciate the feedback and are glad you enjoyed your stay overall. We’d be happy to host you again in the future.
