The Space:

Set among the peaceful woodlands of Egremont, this private 5-bedroom home offers plenty of room for groups of up to 10 to spread out and reconnect.



The main living area centers around a comfortable living room with a fireplace, creating a natural gathering space for slow mornings, relaxed afternoons, and cozy evenings together. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, while the generous layout gives everyone space to settle in.



The home's standout amenities make it especially well suited to a four-season stay. Take a dip in the indoor pool, unwind in the sauna, or soak in the hot tub after a day exploring the Berkshires or skiing at Catamount. When the weather is warm, head outside to the deck, where a grill and outdoor dining space make it easy to enjoy meals surrounded by the wooded landscape.



With five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates larger families and groups while offering plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their own space.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home. Entry is available through a smart lock, allowing for a convenient self check-in experience.



The Neighborhood:

Egremont offers a peaceful setting in the southern Berkshires, with easy access to outdoor recreation, skiing, lakes, and nearby towns.



The home is just 9 minutes from Catamount Mountain, making it a convenient base for winter ski days and year-round mountain activities. French Park is also 9 minutes away, while Prospect Lake is about 11 minutes from the property.



For dining, shopping, and exploring, Great Barrington is approximately 13 minutes away, giving you easy access to the town's restaurants, cafés, shops, and local culture.



Whether you're coming for a winter weekend on the mountain, a summer escape in the Berkshires, or simply a quiet stay surrounded by nature, Egremont offers a relaxed home base for experiencing the region.



Getting Around:

Vehicle is recommended, with 4x4 or AWD in the winter. Ride shares may be unreliable.



Other Things to Note:

Pool and Hot Tub Covers: To ensure safety and maintain the quality of our amenities, please make sure that the pool and hot tub covers are closed whenever they are not actively in use.



Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.



Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.



Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.



Air conditioning: There are mini-split wall units throughout the house. Each is manually operated with its own remote control. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).



Pets: We're happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than one, please reach out to us before completing your booking so we can get everything set up for you. For everyone's comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren't permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.



Maximum occupancy: Please mind that this house can host a maximum of 10 guests per fire code. As per the fire department, infants are included in that number. Therefore, any infants included in the booking above maximum occupancy of 10 would unfortunately result in the reservation being cancelled.



Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
