The cabin on Sleepy Creek was great - it was very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The host, Kate was super responsive and answered all my questions which included recommendations for dining and hiking. The informational binder was perfect with the directions for everything. There was wood for the wood stove and fire pit, the switches were labeled, having both a Keurig & drop coffee maker was a plus since I’m a K cup girl and my husband is traditional coffee. The master bedroom mattress was comfortable as was the couch. The deck seating was wonderful. We could be under the covered deck when it was rainy and on the side by the fire pit when it wasn’t. And we saw an Eagle twice flying over the creek and 2 deer feeding in the woods by the cabin. We ate dinner at the Canary Grill which was a great recommendation from the host. The shops in downtown Berkeley Springs are super cute. We will definitely be back for another Anniversary getaway!!

What a wonderful property! Secluded, quiet, clean, well provisioned, and right on the creek. Listing was accurate, what you see is what you get!! Lots of outdoor space. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds and lovely furnishings. Spacious bathroom with all the necessities. Kitchen had everything you need in a home away from home. Located close to Berkeley Springs and the area attractions.

As soon as we walked in, we smelled the clean! From the bathroom to bedrooms, kitchen with its dishes, pots and pans and other amenities, living room with the MOST comfortable couch, I have to say that this cabin was awesome! So much thought put into what we would need for a great stay. I highly recommend staying here and can't wait to come back! The wildlife from the porch, the river walks and the fire pit was my most favorite things. So peaceful and serene.

Of course our stay was fantastic. The only downfall was the charcoal grill was so rusty we couldn't cook on it. Other than that it was awesome

We had an amazing time! The house was exactly as described. My son was able to fly fish and caught 3 different kinds of fish in the creek behind the house.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. The cabin was cozy, peaceful, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We especially loved the creek and the quiet, beautiful surroundings.This was exactly the relaxing getaway we needed, and we left feeling rested and refreshed. This place is peace incarnate! Yes, it's a mixed metaphor! I have never slept so well anywhere, including my own home. My coffee on the porch, with the birds singing, Sleepy Creek babbling and the breeze sighing each morning made daybreak sublime! I loved it, and if it weren't for commitments back home, I would have been begging for another week!

This place is so beautiful. It’s peaceful, a wonderful place to go to decompress from life. This is my 2nd yr going here and I will be making it every year. The updated the bathroom which was beautiful. And added a hummingbird feeder outside by the deck and that just made it even better watching them feed. The host is wonderful to deal with. I would definitely recommend to anyone

Funny about the hummingbird feeder, I was at the cabin with my 3 year old grandson last week and realized another guest left it. My granddaughter was mesmerized by the hummingbirds (as was I!).

The setting is ideal. The cabin and grounds were well cared for and clean. Listing was as advertised. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite inclement weather and would recommend this place to others and would consider returning!

For once, my procrastinating paid off!I kept putting off booking a cabin a state park until they were all snatched up. I decided to widen my search and this cabin popped up. It was absolutely perfect. I didn't see or hear another human being for 3 days. Other than an occasional plane and a dog barking off in the distance the first night, all I heard was nature. It was so peaceful and exactly the reset I needed. I could sit on the porch all day just watching the creek and wild life. A hummingbird landed on my head. Everything was exactly as described. I can't wait to come back and see how beautiful it is in the fall.

The property was lovely and the location was perfect. The kitchen had all we needed to cook breakfast and dinner, and we used the grill a couple of nights. The bathroom was gorgeous. The best feature of the property was sitting on the deck watching the creek flow by. Berkley Springs was not far from the property and had a Food Lion grocery store to meet our needs. We highly recommend sitting in the mineral water at the Roman Bath House. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and answered our questions quickly. They have a gem of a property.

I have visited this cabin a few times per year for the last several years, and absolutely love it. I was pleasantly surprised by the renovated bathroom with rain shower head and the new sliding doors leading onto the patio. No better place to stay on Sleepy Creek.
