Beautiful, well-appointed home with an outstanding view, kitchen, and comfort all-around. Perfectly designed for a 2-couple getaway. Cannot rave more about this rental. THANK YOU!

We had an amazing stay at the lake house. There was plenty of room for our group to spread out and enjoy the amenities. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils, supplies and updated appliances to make and enjoy family meals together. There was plenty of parking and the dock and easy to use ladder was great for lots of swimming and sun bathing. Our golden retriever was able to get in and out of the water easily. The location was perfect for us in a cute little neighborhood with deer everywhere but within a 20-30 minute drive to Brasstown Bald, Murphy, Blairsville, and Blue Ridge for golf, hiking, casino, dining, and shopping. Can't wait to do it again next year!

Nice location. This property is hosted by a 3rd party (Little Bear Rentals). I would not recommend renting with 3rd party hosts. VRBO should be upfront about 3rd party rentals. There was an additional rental contract with the 3rd party that was not mentioned upfront and "sent minutes before check-in from the 3rd party", only after several messages were left by myself and VRBO requesting an entry lock code, After leaving messages for Little Bear Rental's maintenance, as there was no other way to contact anyone after hours, maintenance returned my numerous call(s) with an entry code "after check-in time". The master bedroom dresser (all 3 drawers) were broken and off track. The shower could use a deep cleaning to remove mold around the door and glass.

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the attention to detail throughout the home was excellent. Booking was easy, and any questions we had were answered quickly and professionally. Highly recommend this place

New kitchen was beautifully built and performed well. The dock provided easy access to the lake and was adequate for keeping our boat safe.

Family Vacation in the Mountains

We brought our 4 grandsons to the house for a family vacation the day after Christmas. The lake is beautiful as is the drive up to the house from Atlanta.

This property is just as described. Right on the lake with great views. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you might need to make your favorite meals. We visited at Christmas and the host setup a Christmas tree and several decorations to greet us upon arrival. Nice touch! The downstairs is still a work in progress but it has lots of potential for future improvements. Can’t wait to see what they end up doing with it.

Perfect lake spot

Great access to the lake and dock. All the appliances and kitchen needs were very up to date, so we didn't need anything for our cooking/meals.

Lovely Long Weekend!

The house was great - exactly the style and feel that I love in a lakehouse. Comfy beds and very well equipped kitchen! Nice and new, very clean, everything we needed to cook in. The kids enjoyed the dock and gazebo for hanging out. The extra table in the living room worked great for rainy day puzzles. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Lake getaway

We had a family reunion at Lake Nottely and this was the perfect location. Steps to the lake were easily navigated. Dock allowed for our jet ski and the pontoon boat we rented. Short drive or boat ride to the marina. Screened in porch was a definite bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable Lake Weekend

Pictures for this house are very accurate. It was perfect for our group of 7 people who stayed on the dock or out on the water most of the day. Dock ladder was a nice addition. The screened in porch was also nice in the morning and evening.

We didn't let Hurricane Helene stop us from having a great time

We had a wonderful family trip even with hurricane Helene. We got lucky and the weather wasn't that bad in Blairesville. We were able to take advantage of little breaks in the weather here and there. We fished and swam from the dock. If you stay here and feel like venturing out to town there are some nice restaurants and not too far from Vogel and some nice waterfalls with short hikes.

Great location!

Miles Away was the perfect location for our family July 4th getaway with our grand baby & grand dogs! Greg was easy to work with & answered our questions ahead of our stay! The house is well appointed with a beautiful kitchen & plenty of space! The gazebo & dock are lovely but steps are steep. We enjoyed jumping off the dock & floating in the water. And the dock was perfect for my son’s jet ski! The house is close to stores to stock up the kitchen & some great bbq! (Jim’s Smokin’ Q specifically!!) Admittedly, the house could have used a really good cleaning (cobwebs on the patio & kitchen sink had a strange smell) but nothing we couldn’t handle with broom & dish soap! All in all, we enjoyed our stay & look forward to returning in the future!
