Property is close to everything and the price was phenomenal! The many pools were absolutely a great thing. The facility is definitely family friendly. However, there were many down sides. Communication was okay. Several issues were brought to the owners attention. Once they responded, it was shocking to find out the owner wanted us to fix one of the issues with a bandaid fix, asked to fix one issue after departure, let maintenance fix one issue, and no response to one issue. There were six towels and wash cloths in a condo for ten people. The pull out couch not only was broken and disgustingly dirty, there were no linens provided for that space.The owner was correct about the elevators. On average we waited anywhere between twenty to thirty minutes every time we went to get on the elevator, and the elevators were packed to capacity. There was even a water leak at the main water plant and we went 36 hours without water and 24 hours without air conditioning. No concern was given by management or the owner during this time. We had to go and buy fans and water in order to have something to drink and to flush the toilets. As soon as the water came back on, we filled the dishwasher and started leaking all over the floor. No communication from the owner about this issue at all. Overall we made the best of it, but will not be returning to Laketown Warf.
