Great September getaway with family!

We had a great time! The apartment is great! Has everything you need! It is at a great location! Near the beach and on a quiet street. Not far from shopping and restaurants. We have rented this place for three years and will rent it again!

This was definitely a pet friendly place to vacation! Our cockapoo and Yorkie enjoyed their time at the beach. The bounce for us was a closet that had items (non-perishable) that guest leave for other guest to use. We used a few items and we left several for the next house guest.. such a great idea!! The condo had 2 doggy gates, games, puzzles and books to read at the beach. So much thought went into making sure we had everything we needed!Jonathan and his wife are fabulous to work with and so very kindhearted and generous. It was a great vacation that we will want to do again in the future. Thank you!

Clean, quaint, and very relaxing

Within walking distance to various stores, shops, and restaurants. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach. We had a very relaxing week away from home.

We had a wonderful time!

This condo is great! Has everything you could need. Very clean and comfortable beds. Short walk to beach and close to restaurants. Jonathan is so easy to work with and is there if you need anything. We had a wonderful vacation and will book again!

Great location

The rental was well furnished, close to the beach and other activities. Property manager was quick to react to any issues and very polite. Would definitely rent again.

Great place to stay!

We had a great time staying here and we loved that we could bring our dog with us! Not many places let you bring a pet that is 60lbs! We loved it!

A slice of paradise

This beautiful clean condo smelled great when we walked in and was perfect for our family of 4 plus a best friend and a dog. Easy quick access to the beach, Waves grocery store and north point lagoon where our dog could enjoy a little trail by the water. (Thanks for sharing that best kept secret!) The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. They even have 4 beach chairs to borrow. Thanks for sharing this beautiful slice of paradise.

Perfect spot by the beach for our family of 5 and 2 fur babies!

The condo was perfect for our beach stay! Just a short walk to the beach. There are also a couple little grocery stores very close for little forgotten things and a great little ice cream shop! The condo was clean and comfy too! Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you! Oh and JONATHAN! Jonathan was spectacular with communication and any needs! Thank you for a such a great vacation!

This was our first time visiting Gulf Shores. We had a great time. Our condo was great. Very nice and comfortable! Great location to the beach. Great for pets!

Cute condo

This was a cute place that was a close walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and it was perfect for my little family.

Nice place

Nice place, Not too far from the beach (3rd/4th row) neighborhood was very nice and safe. We felt like it was a bit overpriced, But overall we had a great vacation. This unit itself does not have "spectacular views" All you can see is buildings. The front unit has a nice view of the lagoon. But The whole property in general only has a small obstructed view of the ocean. The house was clean enough, but could definitely use a deep clean around baseboards and things like that (It's the end of season so I get it) House is three large flights of steps up. It's doable, But we were there in a heatwave (100+ everyday) and we really dreaded the steps, especially because it was always hot inside the house as well. Beach wagon and chairs were broke so we had to buy our own. The stairs to the loft are tiny and not suitable for adults. But the kids did ok. The pool was cold, which was nice when it was 104° outside, But definitely would not be enjoyable in any milder weather. The AC unit needs to be replaced .We followed the "rules" to the AC to keep it from freezing up, but it still stayed over 75° or higher the whole time we were there. And the last two days it was always over 80° inside. We live in a location that gets this hot as well and have never had that problem before, so I don't feel it's fair to blame it on the heat alone (as they repeatedly do in the paperwork) But we truly fell in love with Gulf Shores, And it was definitely a fantastic vacation.

Family vacation

The pictures when booking were beautiful! We got there and it wasn't the cleanest. Thick dust on all the fans, which we had to use. The bathroom had used bars of soap in the shower. Also in the master, the cabinets were filthy. The diningroom chairs have dust bunnies on the bottoms. We were there for 4 days and only got 4 towels, I had to keep doing laundry. We loved the location, loved it was pet friendly and loved the board games. We would stay again! But it definitely needs to be cleaned better. I went to use the broom, to try to keep up with the floors and it was broke.

July 2023 Stay

We stayed for 8 days. The property was close to EVERTHING! We thought the decor was nice, and offered everything we needed for our stay. All of our communications with the property management were met with considerate and timely responses. We'd definitely stay here again. Side note... we're in our 50's and the stairs were a bit trying but worth the climb plus we got a little workout too.

Great stay

Clean, nice decor, comfortable bed! Everything you could need down to games/puzzles, big pots/pans for feeding a larger crowd and even chip clips to keep the bags closed! Short walk to the beach. Only “critiques” were not enough hangers in the master, no hangers in the secondary bedroom, and the spiral staircase handrails were slightly low for how high they go up! But our teenagers did fine with it. I would be careful with smaller ones staying up in the loft. Overall, lovely place and we had a great time, thank you!
