We were pleasantly surprised, and extremely happy with our rental property. The location was very convenient to downtown (walking distance), far enough west we could avoid main street traffic & congestion when traveling to other Summitt County "experiences", i.e. local golf courses, shopping, restaurants, and the mandatory "tourist" day in Breckenridge. The home itself was perfect for our family with plenty of beds for the adults and grandkids. It was nice to have the lower-level recreation room for the hustle and bustle of rambunctious grandkids, while the upstairs, main floor was reserved for relaxing and reflection on the day's activities. The open kitchen was amazing with plenty of room for morning, noon and evening meal, coffee & snack time. We especially loved early mornings on the deck, coffee in hand, while in the shade of the mountain trees.Lastly, the owners of this mountain home were amazing to work with, and very accommodating. Their home is very well "furnished" with more than enough kitchen cookware, utensils and supplies. We basically "wanted" for very little, if anything. One of the most impressive aspects of this property is the owner's attention to detail. It was very clean, with operational "instructions" appropriately posted in strategic places so that there was little question what to do, and what not to do. Best detail I've seen is 20 some years of vacation renting. The owners take great pride in their property, and your "mountain experience!

One of our absolute favorite stays in Frisco! The house had everything we needed. Great for cooking. Eating meals on the back deck right at the base of the mountains was so lovely. Super close to town, but very private. Plenty of space for our large family. Right off the biking trail. The hosts were very helpful and communicative. We would come back here in a heartbeat.

We filled up the lodge with the whole family and it worked out great. The location is at the west of town and within one block of main street. We could walk to most stores/restaurants on main street. The hot tub was a big hit with the grandchildren.The amateur chefs in the family enjoyed the large, well stocked kitchen. Think of an item you need for cooking and storing and it was there.We had questions of the owner and she was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back.

The home was above our expectations. Our group of 9 was able to spread out, recover from daily activities in the multiple relaxing areas, enjoy group food preparation and family meals. The home is beautiful. The location is spectacular. The response to our needs was immediate. Thank you to the hosts, you added to our 40th Anniversary Family Celebration. A memory for our lifetime.

We've done a dudes ski trip to the Rockies for about 15 years now and this was the best house in terms of central location to multiple ski resorts, being walking distance from restaurants, and house amenities (hot tub and kitchen).

The house was clean, huge, plenty of amenities, extremely well stocked kitchen with spices and starters, and the owner was very responsive to questions. The kids loved the game room downstairs, and the house was furnished very nicely. We also took advantage of walking distance into town. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time. It is a great location for skiing at Copper Mt, Breckenridge, or Vale. Downtown Frisco is just minutes away. The house is Wonderful! We had plenty of room and the kitchen is well stocked with everything that we needed (and then some). We all enjoyed the hot tub after a day of skiing. I truly can not say enough good things about the house. We will come back.

50th Anniversary Family Getaway

We stayed a week the Mount Royal lodge and had a great time. We were there to celebrate our parents’ 50th anniversary. The kids loved the game room and the bunk room for cousin sleepovers, and we all enjoyed the very well stocked and spacious kitchen. The large dining table inside and the large table on the deck outside gave plenty of seating for our group. The kids wanted to do a movie night one night and we had some issues with getting the set up going, but Annette was quick to communicate and help get it fixed. We all enjoyed having plenty of space to gather, but also plenty of separate spaces for sleeping. Highly recommended this property- it was so close to Frisco’s Main Street, but also right on the path to trails. Great location!

Great home in Frisco CO

This home is so well located. It is within walking distance to downtown Frisco, Dillon Reservoir and great hiking trails. The house itself is very well stocked with towels (hot tub and bath), linens, pillows, etc, and also pots/pans, dishes, cutlery and many kitchen staple items. Our family has a week getaway every summer and one of the kids in our group said that this was "the best house ever!" We loved our stay.

Great House- Excellent Location

We had a very nice stay for a week. We had six adults and five teenagers with plenty of room for everyone.The location of this property cannot be any better. The access to I70 and to all the ski hills in the area is unmatched. Walking distance to downtown Frisco.The house was well stocked, especially the kitchen. The heated garage is amazing.Great time. When we arrived the temp was set at 104 but it was only reading 80 degrees. I reached out to the home owner about this issues and her response was, "yes, the hot tub could be broken". I asked her if this was a new issue and she said "yes, it must have just broke". 2 days later 4 technicians show up to fix the hot tub. I asked if they knew about the broken hot tub and they said they have known it was broken for a few weeks.

The guest arrived on February 19, 2025. On February 20, 2025 the guest messaged that the hot tub was set 104 and only showing 84 and asked if it was broken. I replied that it might be and asked them to reset it by hitting the temp button and that I would contact my hot tub guy, and I apologized. It doesn’t get lost on me that having hot tub trouble in the middle of ski season is not optimal for anyone. The hot tub had not been working properly the week before, but I had the heating element and temperature sensor replaced professionally and when the previous guest departed, they reported that the hot tub was working and that they were able to use it. I wasn’t trying to “scam” anyone (as the guest told me I was in his message to me). I didn’t mention that the hot tub had not been working properly the previous week because I was informed that it was working properly. As far as what the hot tub techs said to the guest about the hot tub being broken for weeks, that is untrue. The hot tub was down on February 13-15 and I did message those guests to let them know it wasn’t working before their arrival. It is unfortunate that mechanical issues arise at the most in opportune times, but I do not scam guests. If I did, I wouldn’t be able to keep the property rented or have a listing on VRBO.

Perfect Ski Getaway for Friends & Family!

Just spent an unforgettable week at this incredible Frisco ski house with my college roommates and our adult kids, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place! The location is unbeatable—super close to Copper, and A-Basin (ikon) or Breck (epic), keystone (Indy), making it easy to alternate different mountains. The house itself is beautifully appointed with plenty of space for all of us to relax.One of the highlights was the amazing kitchen—it has everything you need to cook up a fantastic après-ski meal, from an air fryer to crock pots to a fully stocked spice cabinet (a rare and much-appreciated touch in a rental!). After long days on the slopes, soaking in the private hot tub was pure perfection.The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into making this a true home away from home. Comfortable beds, cozy gathering spaces, and all the little extras made our stay seamless. We’re already talking about making this an annual tradition—highly recommend!

Super happy & hoping to come back!

This spacious house had everything I hoped. Walk out on the front porch and you have a full view of the mountain that is practically across the street.The house is well equipped -- for example, the kitchen must have placesettings for 30. Spices. Cast iron. Abundant pots and pans. You could cook up a feast here.The mix of different types of bedroom spaces are perfect for a family... with a great bunk room for the kids, an nearby bedroom for whoever wants to be within earshot. A great Jack & Jill upstairs, and a very spacious master.I visited in the winter, but would love to make my way back some summer -- especially given the kayaks and mountain bikes calling my name in the garage.

Great family log cabin

You cannot ask for a better house or location to enjoy family time and the mountains! The homeowner Annette was also very responsive to any questions we had. We plan to hopefully stay there again!
