This home is beautiful and well equipped. Looks just like the pictures. Plenty of room. Excellent location. Owners are just great, and communicate quickly. Can't say enough good things about this place. We would love to stay longer next time. Thank you Pat and Mindy.

Our stay was awesome. Spacious rooms, swimming pool was very clean, and they even furnished shampoo, toothbrushes, TP, and paper towels. Make sure you use Google maps to get there. Wais app couldn't navigate the neighborhood. Other than that would strongly recommend this rental. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept and would definitely stay again.

Everything was just as described. We had two families (4 adults, 4 kids) share the house for a week and it was just right. Less than 30 minutes to Disney and the kids loved coming back to cool off in the pool each day.

We wanted to extend our heart felt thank you to both of you for accommodating us this summer. We loved our stay and cannot speak any more highly of the communication and support we received right from the moment we booked until the moment we left. The villa was very clean on arrival (much cleaner than others we have stayed in), there was so much space and the villa was well equipped with anything you would need. The location was excellent as were instructions left about how to use appliances etc. The area by the pool was lovely to sit outside in any weather! We saw lots of birds and wildlife! Thank you for welcoming us into your villa and making our holiday so special. When we come to Florida again we will be hoping your villa is available again!

The house was large and the beds were comfortable. We did have to fight with the Wi-Fi. Walmart was really close by, and Disney was close and easy to get to. The host was amazing and responsive. The pool was nice too.

Very honest opinion of this home. Starting with the pros: quick response time from host, plenty of bath towels/toliet paper/hand soap, the basics you’d expect to be clean were clean such as kitchen counters, bathrooms, & floors were thoroughly cleaned, close to Walmart. Good supply of cooking equipment and utensils. Lots of sleeping space/beds.Cons: several missed details with the cleaning to include dirty blinds (particularly above kitchen sink), splatters all over fridge & kitchen cabinets. Dirty/dusty around toilets, bathroom cabinets had lots of debris inside, dusty ceiling fans and air return vents, stains on bedroom carpets, cobwebs all over backyard furniture as well as front door debris covering the door and entire porch area, pool was cloudy and green. Blinds are missing some panels as well. The biggest & most problematic things with the home are the smell of the home and the temperature. It is set almost to 80 degrees and extremely hot, I did contact host about this concern hoping eco mode would be disabled for our stay but as others mentioned in their reviews, after a few hours eco mode would resume leaving you sweating and unable to sleep. Back to the smell..it’s like an old person 2-nonenal smell that consumed all of our clothing and despite washing our clothing 3x’s after the trip, the smell is still on our clothes & in our hair.

Hello Crystal, thank you for staying with us and providing your feedback. We strived to provide best possible guests accommodations to our guests every time. We've maintained our Premier status for the the last 3 years and our 290 positive reviews shows that. regarding your feedbacks, please allow me to provide some clarity: - the pool water is serviced every week on Tuesdays. During the week that you've stayed, there was thunderstorms so the pool tech did not properly serviced with chemicals so it was slightly green. Nevertheless, i have since addressed that with them and it is now normal. - You've mentioned the dusts in some areas, and it is possible, however, my cleaner does a tremendous job of cleaning every time preparing for each guests. it is possible that she might have missed it, but again, our records with positive guests experiences shown otherwise. I'm sorry that did not meet your spotless expectations. - regarding the smell that you've experienced, I do apologize, however, it is our home and it will definitely not smell like what you've used to. We had maintained a clean environment for all of our guests in the past three years with no such issues reported. We do not use perfumes to masks smells, rather, we use appropriate cleaning products to ensure our place are germs free. I apologize if it didn't meet your fantastic smells you'd expect from a Hilton. I truly believe it is one of which we can not meet every guest's smell preference. again, thank you for staying with us and provided your review. I will further strive to better our guests experience and improve where it is necessary to enable our future guests best vacation experience as possible. much appreciate your feedbacks. sincerely Pat and Mindy.

The property was perfect for our needs. In a great location at Indian Point. Communication with Pat was quick, any queries I had were answered within a half hour. Would recommend this property to friends and family.

The house could have been cleaner. And there wasn't any shampoo as stated that there would be. And the tiniest little bar of soap in each bathroom. But other than that the house was fine. Very comfortable beds.

Nice size.we only uses 3 rooms and had 6 people. Very accommodating, nice layout and would be fine for more people. Pool was very nice. Close to town and main park attraction. We were from California and felt like home.
