Loved the EV charger, the hot tub and the comfortable king bed. I slept really well when I remembered to close the shade on the skylight before bed. The TV has a sort of vast yet minimal set of channels where you can watch things like World Cup games from the 90s and current Ultimate Frisbee. So bring your streaming passwords so you can log in to your own accounts for things you’d actually want to watch. The stairs up to the front porch are on the steep side, especially the first step, so just be aware. The front door faces west so the afternoon sun heats up the door handle and if you arrive at check in time in the height of summer you may need a handkerchief or the hem or your shirt or something to protect yourself when you open the door. There are no shades on the living room windows which makes afternoon TV difficult since the sun will get you right in the face if you sit on the couch in the hours immediately before sunset. The screened porch off the king bedroom with the hot tub is great! The glass doors open up completely to the porch for nice weather. I would stay here again.
