Thank you for the feedback. Glad the unit itself was clean, comfortable, and felt safe. I do want to clarify a couple things for future guests reading this. We reached out the morning after your arrival to check in and make sure everything was going well, and didn't hear back — if the AC settings were giving you trouble, we would have walked you through adjusting them or sent someone out the same day. We're always just a message away and genuinely want to fix issues during the stay, not read about them after checkout. On location — we regularly hear from guests that they love how close everything is, so this may just come down to personal taste in what's worth visiting. The speed camera and building noise are outside our control, but I'm sorry that affected your sleep. We do have sound machines in every room since we know Nashville in general can bring a little later crowd. We'd have loved the chance to make this a 5-star stay in the moment — hope you'll reach out next time so we can.

Hi Lane, We are so pumped to know that the five of you had such an amazing time at Gold Note Suite and loved how accurate our pictures were! Having a peaceful haven that is just a quick ride from the downtown action is so special, and we would love to have your group back anytime!

Hi PJ, We are so glad you had such a fun stay at Gold Note Suite and enjoyed our nice perks! It was a real treat being your host, and we would love to have you back next time you are in town!

Bert, thanks for bringing this crew of ten to the Gold Note Suite — a group that size can be a lot to coordinate, and you all made it look easy, from the rental agreement through a smooth checkout with the place left in great shape. One quick note for future readers: the listed bed count does include a trundle that tucks under one of the beds, so the sleeping capacity is accurate as shown — it's just easy to miss on arrival, and we'll make sure it's called out more clearly going forward. Really glad the trip came together for you and the group, and we'd love to have you all back at the Gold Note Suite anytime. Justin & the Muse 411 Gold Note Suite team
