This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home sits just 100 yards from a free boat ramp (currently closed due to low lake levels) and offers stunning lake views, multiple entertainment spaces, and room for the whole crew. Whether you’re planning a family vacation, reunion, or group retreat, Texas Rose combines relaxation, fun, and comfort in one ideal Hill Country setting.

Canyon Lake Christmas Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally, the stay was good. The three levels and stairs were inconvenient at times. The fan in the master bathroom did not work. The fooseball table was broken. WiFi was slow. The view was spectacular.

Perfect family retreat with lots of space to find a quiet corner. Amazing view of Canyon Lake from the top deck. A nice walk just a few minutes down a rocky path to the lake shore. Deer came right up to the downstairs back porch every morning and late afternoon looking for corn.

Family Get Away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enough space for 10-15 people. Beds very comfy, AC worked great, dining, living areas large enough for all to sit and enjoy. Plenty of bathroom space for all to use and shower. Our furbabies enjoyed the space as well. Deer and their babies visited every day for our corn buffet. Few take aways: Pots and pans need to be replaced. Railing on balcony needs some chicken wire due to wide spaces in between each bar, child or small dog can easily slip through, Outside Stairs from dining down to back area need to be repaired/replaced, not very sturdy, especially closer to the bottom. Parking for more than four cars would be an issue. Due to the lake being low, couldn't access water from the house, but short drive to marina and park. Will def stay again.

Almost

We recently stayed at this lake house for our family vacation. There were definitely some highlights: the location is amazing, surrounded by nature with live deer often seen nearby, which was a real treat. The AC kept the house ice-cold even in the summer heat, and the furnishings were relatively comfortable for our stay.However, there were some significant downsides. The home is older with a budget remodel, and the electrical system seemed questionable—many switches and outlets didn’t work, and at one point the microwave stopped working entirely. We reached out to the property management company for help but never heard back, so we were left to deal with it ourselves.Overall, while the location and atmosphere were wonderful, the lack of responsiveness and electrical issues made the stay less comfortable than we hoped.

Stay at Canyon Lake

This was a great lake house that was perfect for our large group. The host was easy to communicate with and left clear instructions for check in and check out. We would stay here again
