Laketown Wharf guest can experience some the best amenities on the beach, which includes 5 different pools to choose from kids pool, kiddie water area, teen pool, and adult pool. Main pool open until 11pm.

There is 24 hour security, a private beach access with gate, the fitness center two doors down from the unit , greens lake and beach views, and walking distance for restaurants. A spectacular fountain water show choreographed to music every night.

You have a breath taking view of the lake and water show every night at 8pm from the patio. The living room has comfortable seating and a couch with queen size pullout . The sheets and pillows are located in master closet .

KITCHEN
Newly white cabinets with white countertop and stainless steal appliances are available for use . We provide trash bags, liquid soap, 1 paper towel, dish pods, and 4 detergent pods.

**Parking maximum of 2 vehicles . Primary guest must be 21 or older. One time fee of $100.41 for wristbands and parking passes for whole stay and group. Guest must pre-register online with names, age, and vehicle make and model before check in date . Pick up parking passes at front desk. Link will be sent upon confirmation email.
