The unit is small but very functional. There are a lot of 'nice touches' included or designed into it for efficiency's sake. LOTS of high quality decorations which made it a delight to come home to. The portable air conditioner worked well to keep the place very comfortable. Pots and pans are limited but we cooked every meal there for the 4 days we stayed and it was adequate for our simple preparations. Really complicated long term cooking might struggle, but this would hardly be necessary given the downtown location. Parking spot is only 50 feet from the building entrance and is under the bridge so it's shaded and wouldn't have snow in the winter. Really a nice touch, that. Instructions were clear and accurate, location and 'vibe' could not be better. If I had to describe the place with one phrase it would be 'a bargain at the price'. Very comfortable. Honestly, no notes.

If I could move in today, I would, in a heartbeat and wouldn't change one thing. I loved the location, the art and the whimsy. I loved that it was dog friendly.

Super charming historic apartment in downtown Missoula. You couldn’t find a better location. Walking distance to everything. A stones throw from the Clark Fork River. Apartment was well equipped in the kitchen and bed was comfy. Nice attention to the details. Would have given 5 stars but the A/C didn’t work properly and it was extremely warm on the eighth floor and in the apartment. It was in the 90’s in August in Missoula.

The room was very nicely decorated and the view was great. This would be a fantastic place to stay if you’re a single or couple. The only issue we had was that it was too hot in the room but the temperature was in the upper 90’s the entire time of our visit so that was the main issue, as well as it being an old building. But we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

After being residents in Missoula for several years, it was incredible to stay in the Wilma for our recent trip back. This studio offers so much more than just a place to sleep and the room was very clean, organized, and eclectic. Anything we could need to help us be comfortable was available and it is so easy to access the river and downtown that we hardly used our car.

Most travel rentals have pretty generic furnishings and decorations, but this apartment was quite unique in that its furniture, artwork and knick-knacks reflect a very distinctive character! We really enjoyed staying here. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of downtown Missoula and next to the riverwalk, with great 8th floor views and easy access to the activities of the riverside park, as well as many restaurants and shops. And parking in downtown Missoula is a very limited quantity, so the parking space was a huge plus. The host, Josh, was consistently responsive to questions, and he provided good suggestions.

Location, location, location. So easy to get in and out of. Once you learn the building you're able to efficiently explore downtown Missoula on foot. If you have a vehicle the reserved parking spot under the bridge near the park is secure and convenient. It is a studio apartment with everything you need.

Wonderful location but the condo was outdated in comparison to other units in the building. Lots of cleaning products and items kept in the condo that are used to clean between guests which is okay but it ends up making the space very cluttered.

Loved this spot! Fantastic location and a cool old building with tons of history. We will definitely stay here again. Apartment had everything we needed. We loved that it had parking included also! Josh’s directions for getting into the apartment were easy to follow. Thanks so much!

Best Missoula Downtown Location

If you’re looking for convenience, this studio is for you. It is clean, well stocked, and the absolute best location for staying downtown. We had the option to bring our dogs, but decided against it, however it’s wonderful to be able to bring the fur babies.The bed was super comfortable. It took the air conditioner a day to cool the space on the 8th floor during hot weather, but we were not bothered with the temperature.By our second night, the studio was really comfortable. I would love to stay here again, and I will seek it out when attending shows at The Wilma or any quick trip to Missoula for that matter. Josh was really responsive as a host. Great spot for couples. FYI: the old clawfoot tub is a large step to get in and out of, so I wouldn’t recommend for folks with mobility concerns. Overall, I loved the charm of the studio, views, and EXCELLENT location.
