Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a very good time, but it would have been even better if the shower door in the ensuite worked properly from the start (not sure how the cleaners would not have reported it) and it is very difficult to look past the dirty, tired looking area rugs.

Great place for a family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome place for my family with two small kids. The beach was cold for spring break so the indoor pool was perfect. The building is older but very well maintained and clean. Also our hot water heater went out suddenly and the management had it replaced within a couple hours. Very impressed with them.

Really Good Vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean, but needed some new rugs. The shower doors kept coming off the tracks. TP holder also. The electricity/switches in the bedrooms were wonky. Outlets, lights and fan controlled by a single switch. Awkward. Balcony and balcony doors were great. Nice kitchen. Parking was decent-large lot directly across the street. Atalaya staff constantly policing parking lots and property. The property has key code entry lock that changed mid-week and we couldn’t get in. Elevators worked well, and fast. Nice decks on oceanfront. Beach In front of property is very narrow, especially at high tide. Pools are nice. Very quiet area. Convenient to restaurants and Murrell’s Inlet. Garden City Realty was great to deal with. Very helpful. Received a text when our room was ready. Good communication from them. Very courteous, and quick to respond to our needs during the week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was great. Everything was as described and pleasantly surprised at updated features. The ONLY issue we had: the representative in the little office downstairs, female blonde with tatts (i have tattoos so just being descriptive), rude on 2 occasions when asking for information. Specifically about a notice for spraying for bugs, as we have a 6 month old learning to crawl. And she was an infertility baby. So a little more cautious than some about exposure. Same lady also rude when asked abour the fireworks ordinance (none as posted on the signs). But they were going off constantly Saturday night. So my daughter asked and was told “what do you want me to do about it, call the sheriff”. Call the sheriff would have been sufficient. Her overall demeanor was not to be disturbed. Other than this, we have discussed returning at some point. Loved the location, the amenities, and the atmosphere.

We needed more towels and they arrived promptly.Our unit had been updated with new appliances and paint. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. I did cook a lot and every time I would think oh I bet they don't have this or that, I would find what I needed in a cabinet or drawer. One downside was the bedroom with the double/queen? mattress. Definitely needs replacing. We enjoyed walking to the Conch Cafe for lunch. Great service and good food! It was truly a great time with my grandchildren.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, unit 1505 was in excellent condition, looks freshly remodeled, and very clean. The elevators were being replaced so that wasn't ideal but it wasn't bad overall. One thing that I would be careful of...Atalaya Towers has 2 parking lots, one on the beach side and one across the road. During our 6 day stay, 8 different vehicles had their windows broken out and things stolen from inside, one vehicle was broken into 3 times over the course of their stay. So if I could recommend anything it would be not to park in the parking lot across the road. Beyond that our stay was very nice!

Reviewer Comments: Carpet was dirty, bathroom rugs were dirty, found dirty underwear between bed and wall, kitchen utensils badly stained, door jam broken and falling off, elevator very dirty and smelled, many lightbulbs not working, pools semi-clean, not good price for value, good view, convenient (for us) location. Property very old and run-down. People nice.

View so Great We Didn’t Even Walk to Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed only for three nights but were very relaxed from the sound and breeze from the ocean. The view of the ocean was incredible! Garden City Reality was very accommodating and professional in helping us find the perfect place to stay for our needs. Everyone had a great time with no complaints, and that says a lot for our picky group. I will add that we had to reschedule our trip by two weeks because of Hurricane Michael so we did not get to use the downstairs patio. The pictures made the condo look a lot bigger too of course

The view was the best feature - even saw some dolphins. The floors were dirty upon arrival, but rental agency sent someone quickly to clean.
