I would definitely recommend this place! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with beautiful homes all around. The marina and the country club restaurants were amazing. We were able to bring together five families from four different states to celebrate a milestone birthday, and we all had a wonderful time!A couple of helpful tips for future guests: The back yard and access to the lake/dock is very challenging, so bring some mountaineering shoes and be prepared to make a commitment. I made a few trips down and back it wore me out! If you have mobility concerns, I would say think before going down to the lake. Even the driveway is very steep. Secondly, if you do make it down to the dock to enjoy the seating area and/or fishing after dark, be sure to bring your own flashlights, lanterns or headlamps. There is no lighting or electrical outlets available down there, and maybe only 3 or 4 of the lights along the treacherous stone pathway were functioning.

This house was perfect for 3 families to meet up and stay! The kids had their own room, each couple had a room, and the lake access was exactly what we wanted. The open living room/kitchen/dining room, as well as the sunroom made hanging out together easy, as there was plenty of space. My only complaint is there were no beach towels to use at the lake, but we now know to bring our own.

Perfect location for a NW Arkansas vacation with our kids and grandkids. The property was as-pictured. The open kitchen/dining/living area was excellent for socializing and the gameroom and dock were perfect for recreation. Plenty of space at night to spread out and accomodate our party of nine for quiet sleeping quarters. Landscaping and path to the dock is well done and loved the water feature. The home is tucked in a private neighborhood in a quiet cove a short distance from the marina and main channel.A few notes: There is a small Traeger pellet grill/smoker. It works great but you need to bring your own pellets. The way to the dock has about 75-100 steps and small children will need supervision. Not recommended for those with mobility limitations.

This house was perfect for a large family that wants great water access. The dock was large, access was easy, the views were perfect. We will be staying here again.

Beautiful lake vacation

We loved staying at this lake house, it was plenty of room for our extended family group. The house was very clean with comfortable beds. The kitchen had most of the things we needed to cook each day. This house is best suited for older kids. The dock was great to have for swimming and kayaking, and the cove was calm without much traffic. We would definitely come back!

Spectacular

We were in town for our son's wedding at the Mildred B. Cooper Chapel. We chose this home because of its ability to accommodate us and extended family. We were so pleased with our choice! The view is amazing. Right on the Loch, the views from every level of the house were picturesque. There was more than enough space to visit and to relax. We had a small night before the wedding pizza party with the brides family as well, and the space as well as the game room downstairs was a hit with everyone. The home received many compliments. This is a perfect choice for a big group of people to stay and have fun.
